Our small harbor: windsurfing and sailing school, rowboats, boats, stand-up paddle and surfboard rental. Le Pradet can be the starting point for wonderful tours,
for example, you can climb the next mountain, the Colle noire, and enjoy magnificent views all around:
the plain towards Hyères les Palmiers, Les Iles d'Or (the 'Golden' islands such as Porquerolles),
and what you can already see from our beach Le Garonne, le Mont Faron (509m), the mountain at whose foot Toulon lies,

Enjoy!

Fan of Mr Raabe's vacation rental
Not without reason we have been coming to le Pradet for years and have also remained loyal to Mr. Raabe's holiday apartment in Eden Park. The facility is superbly located, within walking distance of the beach and some good restaurants. In addition, the facility is carefully maintained and absolutely quiet.
And now to the apartment: it has recently been completely renovated, making it more modern, brighter, and more comfortable. There is enough closet space to store your luggage, the television has enough German channels, in short: everything, including the kitchen, is equipped with modern technology.
What is also worth mentioning is the absolute cleanliness! Thanks to Chantal, who takes loving care of the apartment and guests. If there are any problems, Chantal is there as soon as possible.
Once again, a heartfelt thank you for your helpfulness, dear Chantal! The owner, Mr. Raabe, can always be reached in case of any difficulties and is always friendly and accommodating. Thank you also, Mr. Raabe!
We have never been to any other holiday resort as often as in le Pradet in Eden Park, and it certainly won't be the last time!

Anytime again.
Since we have been to Eden several times before and have always liked it, we were amazed at how beautifully the apartment was renovated this year.
Everything is available for a peaceful stay in the accommodation, the apartment is great, only 5 minutes from the sea and the many hikes directly from the house, and only 20 minutes to the most beautiful climbing areas in Toulon.
As I said, anytime again!

Nice flat in a good location
The flat was very clean, well equipped and in a very good location close to the beach. The communication with the landlord and the reception by the contact person on site was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with crêpes, jam and a nice surprise. Mr Raabe gave us a lot of tips. We could have stayed four weeks. We would come back anytime.

Interesting solution
I stayed a week in this accommodation.
The house is great for two people with two kids and is super equipped.
Comfortable, close to the sea, in a nice residence with a pool.
It's not luxurious but clean and suitable for a beach holiday.

We will always come back
We have stayed in this beautiful flat several times before. This time, however, we found an almost completely new interior. We especially enjoyed the new kitchen. The holiday home is located in a small sheltered complex, you can feel comfortable and safe there. The service on site and the contact with the landlord was, as always, wonderful.
