Our holiday home was completely renovated until March 2022.
We have managed to fulfil our dream and would love to share this beautiful
share this beautiful spot with you.
It is located directly on the dunes in De Zandloper Park in Julianadorp aan Zee and is only a few minutes away from the kilometre-long sandy beach.
The house is 90m² with a 300m² garden, which has also been newly landscaped.
It is equipped for 8 people (of which at least 2 children).
4 bedrooms of which 2 rooms with double beds and 2 rooms with bunk beds.
The bunk beds are children's beds with a size of 0,70 x 1,90m.
The living area has been extended in a bright and friendly way by a winter garden with dining room and kitchen.
In the morning you can watch the sunrise and in the evening the sunset, with a direct view of the dunes.
Kitchen equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, filter coffee machine etc.
WLAN is available.
As it is new, we ask for your understanding that there is no smoking in the house and we rent without pets.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 42 days before the arrival date.
50% refund if cancellation is made 3-6 weeks before arrival day, 25% refund if cancellation is made 3-2 weeks before arrival day, 0% refund if cancellation is made 2-1 week before arrival day. These fees require separate travel cancellation insurance, which can be taken out by the renter.

Bright holiday home in a great location
A very nice and well located house in which we felt very comfortable. With an occupancy of more than 4 people, the very small bathroom could be a bit problematic, especially since there is no additional guest toilet. The dining and living area is spacious and flooded with light and offers space for everyone. In the dark, some indirect lighting in the living area could make it even more cosy. A beautiful house to which we would gladly return.
