A newly built villa Zara is a very comfortable property furnished with high quality, fully air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi, surrounded by typical Mediterranean plants and beautiful hills, offering amazing green scenery and equipped with all you need for a perfect stay in a home away from home. The property itself nestled on the 1.000 sqm plot offers 220sqm of the useful interior. It can accommodate a max of 8 people and has a parking lot for 5 cars on the private property. It is fully fenced with an outdoor surveillance system.
Villa Zara offers exclusively for you:
* The outdoors offers a private and heated swimming pool 8,5m x 4m, a Hot tub(with ozone disinfection / without chlorine), a sun deck area with 8 sun deck loungers, a lounge corner, on the grassplot is a cute pond with fishes, the outdoors is filled with natural shade. There is an outdoor dining area only a few steps up next to the main entrance to the house, a covered dining area for 8 people, and a perfect alfresco space with pool views and views of natural surroundings.
* At the pool level (ground floor level) is a summer kitchen equipped with a dining area for 8 people, with a TV, a fridge, an induction cooker, a water kettle, and a traditional barbecue, and from the summer kitchen, you have views on the pool area. Next to it is an air-conditioned space with a billiard (Pool table), darts, a Sony mini hi-fi component system, an aquarium with Adriatic sea fishes, and a sofa. There is a family bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing facilities. A Bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, air-conditioning, a TV, and views of the pool area.
* The 1st floor (parking level) offers a living area: A fully equipped kitchen (Dan Küchen) with all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay, a dining area for 8 people, air-conditioning, the living room with very comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, a balcony with relaxing views on the pool and natural surroundings. There is a terrace with Table tennis and an Orbitrek—a family bathroom with a shower and another washing machine.
* The 2nd floor offers a Bedroom No2 with two single beds 90cm x 200cm that can connect to a king-size, air-conditioned, a TV, and views of the pool, pond, and natural surroundings. Bedroom No3 with two single beds 90cm x 200cm that can connect to a king-size, air-conditioned, TV, a balcony (3sqm) with views of the natural surroundings. A Bedroom No4 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, air-conditioning, a TV, and a balcony (9sqm) with views of the pool pond, and natural surroundings. Perfect spot for yoga or a glass of wine in the evenings. There is also a Family bathroom with a bathtub, a TV, a balcony (1.5 × 2 m), and a beautifully integrated Finnish sauna for added comfort and relaxation.. Villa Zara is located in the Omiš hinterland, above the Cetina river canyon in a small village named Kučiće. This quiet location offers a really relaxing vacation, and you are less than 20min (12km) far from Omiš with many restaurants, an open market, and the most beautiful sandy and pebble beaches, only 200m to mini market and 300m to the nearest restaurant. The local area is very unspoiled, quiet and offers a really relaxed and stress-free vacation that you deserve. On the other hand, if you are looking for some fun, Omiš and Cetina river (8km) offer many activities like rafting, zip-line, canoeing, boat tours on the river and to island Brač, Hvar, water sports, you can hike, ride a bike...and many more. The famous town Split with its great history is only 32km far and you need around 40min to get to the Split center.
