Villa TELA is a modern and luxury villa located in unspoiled nature, in a small picturesque village Kučići. Located in mountains, surrounded by hills, still is very close to pirates’ town Omiš, river Cetina and the beautiful Adriatic Sea.
The ground floor of Villa Tela offers a private, heated 33sqm swimming pool with an attached 5sqm Whirlpool for 6 persons, 8 lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a summer kitchen with an indoor and outdoor covered dining area, a traditional barbecue, and a playground for children. Inside of the property is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with comfortable dining and living area with open views of the landscape, a sauna with a shower, and a toilette. Also, at your disposal are two training machines, darts and table tennis, PS4.
The first floor offers modern and comfortable 4 en-suite bedrooms and laundry. Bedroom with two single beds (90x200) which can be connected and one extra sofa bed for one person, A/C, bathroom with shower, double sink, balcony. Bedroom with double bed (180x200), A/C, bathroom with shower, balcony. Bedroom with double bed (180x200), A/C, bathroom with shower, balcony with pool view. Bedroom with double bed (180x200) and a sofa bed for one person, A/C, bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi, balcony with pool view.
On the lower ground floor is a garage with 2 parking places and in front of it is a private parking place for 2 more cars.

You will be surrounded by a great mountain landscape and perfect unspoiled nature where local people grow organic vegetables, fruit, and products like honey, jam, and olive.
The ideal position of this property offers you many possibilities: you can visit the 12km distant town of Omiš full of historical attractions and great restaurants; can go to the sandy or pebble beaches, can try rafting on river Cetina, zip line above the canyon of a mentioned river or you can visit famous, 1700 years old town Split, only 32km far from the property.

Super nice house with everything you need.
We had two wonderful weeks in Villa Tela. The house is in excellent condition, very well maintained and well equipped. Very nice landlords who were always quickly available for questions or concerns.

Top holiday home
We spent a super great holiday in this holiday home. It has everything you need and is very clean and well maintained. We can only recommend the accommodation. The landlords are very nice and helpful. The time was over far too quickly. We will definitely be back

Highly Recommended!
We had two great weeks in this great house.
There is nothing missing.
This house and plot with large pool is so tastefully and thoughtfully decorated that you can only rave about.
Thanks again to Zeljana and her husband. The local food was great. Thank you also for the constant availability and organization.

Super beautiful villa with pool
A very luxurious, peacefully located and absolutely clean villa. The landlords are extremely friendly and always helpful with questions. The location is very remote, just as we desired. The pool is very well maintained and the water is top quality. The view is excellent. There was no lack of amenities. We stayed there with 4 adults and 4 children. We recommend the villa in every aspect!!!

Beautiful Holiday in Villa Tela
We, two couples from Germany, had a great holiday in October 2018 in this beautiful holiday home.
The house offers all the luxury to enjoy your holiday even on a rainy day.
Beside the nice pool and the summer kitchen the house offers a sauna to relax, fitness equipment, table tennis and darts to do sports and even a Playstation 4.
Each of the 4 comfortable bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower and/or bathtub.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.
Family Vukasovic, the owners of the house, is super nice and helpful. One night they even prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us.
You have many different options to spend your holidays in that region (e.g. nice beach in Brela, zip lining, rafting, sightseeing in Trogir etc.)
In summary, we can highly recommend this beautiful house. There was not a single thing to complain about.

Dear Zeljana,
We very much enjoyed our stay in your wonderful house. There was not a single thing we didn't like about it. Out of our 6 rentals in Croatia this was for sure the best. Besides the 3 adults also the kids starting age 4 up to 17 were excited and felt totally comfortable.
And for sure your and your husbands kindness and hospitality have been impressive. Thanks again for the delicious peka you prepared for us.

Extraordinaire !!!!!
Cette villa de 400 m2 est incroyable !!
L’aménagement, l’equipement et la décoration sont un sans faute, tout est superbe et de très bonne qualité !
Nous voyageons depuis plusieurs années à 2 familles et c’est, de loin, la plus belle location que nous ayons eu !
La propriétaire est adorable, elle répond à notre moindre demande. A notre arrivée, elle avait préparé un plateau de charcuterie et dans la semaine elle nous a cuisiné un plat local absolument délicieux !
Si vous louez cette villa vous passerez des vacances inoubliables.
