There are 3 modern bedrooms: bedroom with double bed (180x200) and bathroom, bedroom with double bed(160x200), and bedroom with two single beds (90x200).List goes on with additional big bathroom, cozy living room with LCD TV and PS4 console to entertain your kids, modern fully equipped kitchen with comfortable dining area. If you are more active type of person we have an Orbitrek training machine so you can train while looking at beautiful landscapes. Parking places with shade are available too. It is important to remark that Villa Ana is ground floor property so it is very appropriate for kids and seniors.

There is an opportunity to order a grocery supply, we have a colleague from Poljane Prom company that does a complete supply for yachts, villas, and you can order all offered in big supermarkets, they would deliver it to villa at the agreed time, payable with a credit card or cash once it is delivered and checked by you. All you need to do is to send us an email with a grocery list with all small details such as quantity, weight, type of other essential details to get it all as accurate as it is possible. Our experience with guests who used this service is more than positive, very good and it saves your holiday time in unknown shops!

Holiday with dog
We were there for a week. Very nice house and large garden!
Everything necessary was provided! The pool was a real eye-catcher! We were there with our dog, no problem at all! The landlords were very nice and even helped us with a problem with our car! The next bigger village (Omis) is about 10-15 minutes away by car. By car we were in Split in about 50 minutes and in Makarska in about 40 minutes.

Wonderful holiday in Villa Ana!
We spent a wonderful 10 days in this lovely villa.
On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the charming owners who visited the property every few days during our stay to maintain the pool and garden. While the owners do not speak English, their son, Kristijan does and he was always available by phone.
Villa Ana is a modern, very comfortable house with a spacious open plan living/dining area and well equipped kitchen. There are three well-proportioned bedrooms, but as there were just two of us, we only used the main bedroom. This bedroom has an extremely comfortable bed with a full en-suite bathroom. There is also a family bathroom which makes the villa ideal for a medium sized family or for couples to share.
There is plenty of outdoor living space for relaxing, with a choice of seating areas including a shaded patio and a very pleasant garden with a variety of trees and shrubs. The pool is a welcome bonus on warm days as is the covered parking. The garden is quite private and provides good mountain and woodland views.
The villa is located on the edge of the very small village of Kucice which has a little supermarket and two bars.
The picturesque town of Omis, with all facilities is only a 20 minute drive away. For the first 10 minutes the route follows the Cetina river on a gently winding road offering glimpses of the river and the gorge. The road then climbs steeply into the mountains with some acute bends before arriving at the property.
The villa is in a great location for visiting the small coastal towns and beaches on the Makarska Riviera. The historical city of Split is less than an hour’s drive and deserves a couple of visits. It is possible to take a ferry to several of the islands from either Split or Makarska.
All in all we had a super holiday and would definitely recommend this lovely villa.
