Our holiday flat Ostweg has 71 square metres of living space and two bedrooms. One of them is equipped with a 1.80x2.00m wide double bed. The second bedroom has a 0.80x2.00m wide bed and a sofa bed 1.00x1.80m. The cosy living room with TV, Blue Ray player, CD with radio player invites you to relax on two wing chairs and a couch in front of the Swedish stove. From the living room you have access to the balcony, which invites you to linger with a seating group and a beautiful view. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern. The dining table offers space for up to four people. The bathroom is also modernly equipped with a ground-level shower. Furthermore, the flat has a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and a rotary clothes dryer. Furthermore, we offer two e-bikes for rent. A garage belongs to the flat
The entrance and the flat are barrier-free and suitable for wheelchairs.
Due to the beautiful location at the edge of the forest, you can enjoy the surrounding Black Forest scenery.
A quiet location, bright and modern ambience, together with a fully equipped and modern kitchen, cosy bedrooms, a Swedish stove in the living room and a bathroom with shower offer everything you need for a relaxing stay.
For larger groups (up to 8 people) we are happy to offer you to rent the flat Ostweg and Westweg together. By means of a professional partition wall, the two flats can be converted into one large flat.

The holiday home is located in the middle of woods and meadows.
Nature and excursion destinations await you directly in front of the house: the hiking trail "Flößerpfad" runs nearby. The rustic restaurant Tannen-Stub is within walking distance from the flat.
For children, the nearby Zauberland in Loßburg offers lots of fun. The beautiful town of Loßburg with restaurants and shopping facilities can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.

Erfolgt keine Kündigung und der Mieter reist nicht an, gelten die gleichen Bedingungen. Bei Nichtanreise ohne Ankündigung wird die Ferienwohnung 24 Stunden nach dem Anreisetermin wieder zur Vermietung frei gegeben. Ein Recht auf Bezug des Objektes besteht dann nicht mehr. Wir empfehlen Ihnen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittkostenversicherung. Wenn Sie durch unvorhergesehene Ereignisse wie Unfall oder Krankheit Ihre Reise nicht antreten können oder außerplanmäßig beenden müssen, ersetzt diese Versicherung Ihnen einen großen Teil der Rücktrittskosten. Die Versicherung müssen Sie bis spätestens 14 Tage nach Abschluss der Buchung abschließen.
