Our newly designed holiday flat is located in the beautiful suburb of Sandhofen, in the north of Mannheim in a quiet residential area, without through traffic, with good motorway access (A6).
The holiday flat was completely renovated and furnished in 2010. in 2018, 2020 and 2021 we modernised the flat again.
As we attach great importance to keeping the flat allergy-friendly and to making the stay as pleasant as possible for all our guests, smoking and bringing pets are not welcome.

Our newly designed holiday flat is located in the beautiful suburb of Sandhofen, in the north of Mannheim in a quiet residential area, without through traffic, with good motorway connections(A6). Mannheim-Sandhofen is a district and a borough in the north of Mannheim. In addition to Sandhofen itself, Blumenau, Kirschgartshausen, Sandtorf and Scharhof also belong to the district. Sandhofen is located in the north of Mannheim. To the east, the suburb borders on Schönau, and to the south, separated by an arm of the Altrhein, is Friesenheim Island. On the other side of the Rhine to the west is Ludwigshafen in Rhineland-Palatinate, and Lampertheim in Hesse to the north.

The Odenwald, Palatinate Forest, Vorderpfalz, German Wine Route, Heidelberg can also be reached in a few minutes by car.
