Very well located, within walking distance to the beach. Great property. Two bicycles are in the shed, but the hook in the description is missing! Please correct that. Otherwise, everything is as it should be. Modern, cozy, sunny, quiet, beds already made, towels - everything is there. We would love to come back.

The house is very beautiful and tastefully furnished, and we had a great vacation! The gas fireplace and the sauna are notable features (not used, it was overall too warm, but certainly great outside of the peak summer!). We also really liked the garden at the house with the barbecue option (unfortunately, the grill is already a bit old, but it was still usable. A grill tongs was missing, we bought one and left it for the next guests). Suggestions for improvement: The living/dining room is fully visible from the neighborhood through the window front at the dining table due to the lack of blinds/curtains. We especially felt like we were "on display" in the evenings with the lighting. The fact that there is no shading option in this area at all is a drawback. We don't want to complain about the wonderful weather ;-), but especially. The ground floor was already heated to 27-28 degrees by the morning sun, which was unpleasant during breakfast. Those would be the two main points of criticism; perhaps a "retrofitting" is possible? Unfortunately, 2 of the 3 coated pans are completely scratched (a common problem in vacation rentals, no one would handle their own equipment like that at home!). ), which is probably also due to the fact that there is no plastic spatula available (we managed with the wooden cooking spoons). The toilet brushes urgently need to be replaced. The presence of a coffee machine was good in itself, but we first had to clean it thoroughly. Defective bulbs in the bathrooms were immediately replaced, and a burnt-out hairdryer was also replaced right away.
