Opening 2022 - Those who are looking for relaxation and the sea/HERE, who have certain demands on their accommodation, will certainly feel at home here. We have furnished our house with great attention to detail and are now looking forward to welcoming our first guests soon. The quiet location stands for rest and relaxation. The proximity to the coast also makes the location attractive
The nature, the Wadden Sea, the many hiking/cycling routes make East Frisia a popular destination for activities of all kinds.
Our detached house, with a large garden, offers enough space for up to four people. It has two bedrooms (each with double bed size 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a separate dressing room. The living/dining room is flooded with light and has direct access to the garden. Furthermore, the kitchen is located on the ground floor, with an adjoining utility room, which also has a door to the garden and terrace. A guest toilet is located on the ground floor and a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and two washbasins on the upper floor.
A garage and a large carport also belong to the house. You can lock your bicycles in the garage.
On the terrace, with comfortable garden furniture, the sun loungers and barbecue area, you can enjoy your time outdoors. We have fenced in part of the garden so that even four-legged friends can't "get lost".

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in the beautiful village of Campen, only 2 km from the coast and the dyke
Signposted hiking and cycling routes right outside the front door.
The dry beach of Upleward is only 2.4 km away
There are guided mudflat walks from here. The dry beach is an artificial beach on the side of the dyke away from the water. A recreational area with beach chairs, beach kiosk, beach volleyball courts, barbecue area, playground and large car park. Events such as the traditional kite festival and the famous mud sledge race also take place here.
