Our vacation apartment is bright and friendly and prepared on the ground level. Neukalen is a state-recognized resort, and you have a wonderful view of untouched nature! Forests, meadows, a lake, and the historic mill. The apartment is about 35 m² in size. It is located on our property, which is about 3500 m2 large. It is completely separate, with its own entrance and on the ground level. It was fully renovated in 2022 and newly furnished. It is a combined living-bedroom. The bathroom is separate. with a level-access shower and toilet. The kitchen area has a fitted kitchen, which is fully equipped. Beds are 160 x 200 m with gel topper for a restful sleep. Wi-Fi available, and Amazon TV. Jyn, ALEXA, and music. The apartment is heated by central gas heating.
There is a large terrace covered with UV protection panels in front of it. (Pictures to follow) Two large parking spaces are right next to the apartment and belong to it. A bike rack for 2 bikes without a roof is available. Charging the e-bike battery is only allowed outside due to fire safety reasons!! Please use the outdoor socket at the bike rack! You are welcome to rent the adjacent garage to store your expensive e-bikes. In the kitchen area, there is a small dining area with chairs and the fitted kitchen / 2 leather chairs and table - see pictures. The apartment is fully enclosed. There are flowers and shrubs on the property. You can use about 400 m² by yourself.
Terrace, with furniture, grill are right there, as well as lawn and other areas for use.
You really only need to bring your personal items and provisions.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed and the facility is not suitable for children. From the vacation apartment, you can see Lake Kummerow, as well as the forest, meadows, and the old historic mill.
Those seeking peace and wanting to escape the hustle and bustle will find this place right. Even in the peak season, Neukalen is not overcrowded. You can go cycling, paddling, rent a boat, fish, hike, and much more. Or just relax and let your soul swing in this beautiful area. Flyers are available, ensuring that boredom never sets in. Or just enjoy the peace. Neukalen has all the shops and amenities you need. !! Here, nature is still nature - including Lake Kummerow with its many fish species, herons and beavers, various bird species, ducklings and swans. Simply wonderful! Take a look at Neukalen and the beautiful surroundings, you will be delighted! Even in bad weather, there is much to do. e.g. Trip to the Baltic Sea, Güstrow Museum; Dargun Monastery, Marlow Bird Park, Waren Bear Forest, etc. We would be pleased if we could welcome you-

if you want to go hiking and cycling - no problem, there are many hiking and cycling routes around the lake and in the forest and surrounding area.

If you love the water, this is the right place for you: you can canoe, paddle or rent a motorboat or book a steamboat trip.
Nature is still here! Beaver lodges and herons, rare birds - it's all here.
In Neukalen there are also various shopping facilities, bakers, butchers, EDEKA and Netto, as well as restaurants and ice cream parlours with cakes and coffee.
An excursion to the neighbouring area is also interesting, Dargun has its monastery and in Waren an der Müritz you can breathe in the sea air and stroll along the promenade. The Baltic Sea is 50 minutes away, and Poland is also worth a trip.
The apartment is in a very quiet location without other holidaymakers.

I would like to welcome you as guests! Our area is really wonderful, you will see ! Your holiday will be wonderful. The room is ideal and comfortably furnished - everything you need is there.
