Modern, easy-to-use wood-burning stove for cosy evenings. Well-maintained sole plot approx. 400sqm.
Fully fenced. Optimal for dog lovers.

300m to the town harbour and town centre with butcher, baker, Edeka market, doctor, pharmacist, shopping facilities. 400m to the nature reserve and Peene. Large nature reserve with forest, river and lake landscape. Well-signposted cycling and hiking trails around the lake. Town harbour with barrier-free connection of the Peene to Lake Kummerow for boat, canoe and fishing tours. Boat rental on site for canoes and also for fishing boats. Boats up to 15 hp can be driven without a licence
