Welcome to our modern holiday home in the heart of East Frisia
The flower town Wiesmoor is a climatic health resort with a lot to offer
Bathing in the Ottermeer open-air moorland pool, adventure golf course with East Frisian motifs, great municipal park to stroll and linger in
18-hole golf course, flower hall, peat and settlement museum and much more
From our holiday home you can make trips inland or to the coast and the East Frisian islands
Brochures and suggestions are available for you to make your holiday more varied
Our accommodation is furnished for a maximum of three people.
In the lower part of the house is the kitchen with everything you need: Cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, blender and hand blender. Of course, cooking pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses are also ready for you. Of course you will find kitchen roll, bin liners, a few dishwasher tabs, tea towel, coffee, tea, salt/pepper, sugar on your arrival to recover from the journey and start your holiday on a positive note
In the living room with high-quality leather furniture and Smart-TV set, there is of course free WLAN. We also offer a small selection of books and various board games to make for an entertaining stay
In the upper part of the house you will find a bathroom with shower, washstand and towels, these are included in the price
The toilet is also located in the upper part of the house and is separate from the bathroom
Furthermore, there is a large bedroom with double bed and a passage room with single bed upstairs and both bedrooms can be darkened. Sufficient cupboards for your wardrobe are available
Your clothes need to be brought into shape after your trip? No problem, ironing board and iron are ready for you
Bed linen is included in the price and a baby cot (not a travel cot) can be prepared if required
A small garden with seating and corresponding chair cushions, as well as a barbecue facility are available for our guests
Since our holiday home wants to remain smoke-free, smoking is only allowed outside, for which an ashtray is available
If you arrive by car, you can park your vehicle at the house
Pets are not allowed

If you have any questions, please contact us by phone or in person.
The flat rate for the final cleaning is charged so that every guest finds a disinfected accommodation with fresh towels and bedding.
Each guest must nevertheless remove any dirt caused by use and dispose of their rubbish and used glass, i.e. leave the accommodation broom-clean.
We have thought and tried for a long time about arrival and departure times. However, as we would like to offer every guest the same standard of cleanliness and tidiness, we do not want to negotiate this.

Super and highly recommended

Great house
The house is very nicely furnished and modern. The flat is very clean. The location is very quiet and directly at the flower hall. You can reach the North Sea in 30 to 40 minutes by car. There are nice restaurants in Wiesmoor itself if the well-equipped kitchen is not in use. The landlady is very nice. We will be happy to come back.

Top Ferienwohnung !
Eine Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen.
Modern eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail, hell und freundlich.
Wir waren begeistert von der Sauberkeit der Wohnung .
In der Küche ist alles da was man braucht und alle Küchenutensilien waren neuwertig.
Die überdachte Terrasse mit Grill haben wir geliebt, und auch drinnen kann man es sich richtig schön gemütlich machen.
Wir waren sehr gern hier und werden auch mal wieder kommen.
Danke Familie Thiemann für die schöne Zeit bei Ihnen.

Hervorragend ausgestattetes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus "Moin" ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Uns fehlte es an nichts.
Vor allem die Ausstattung der Küche ist beeindruckend. Selbst Kleinigkeiten wie Knoblauchpresse, Tütenclips (;-)), Dosen- und Flaschenöffner usw. sind vorhanden. Zudem sind Gewürze, Öl, Kaffee inkl. Kaffeefilter und Tee schon vor Ort.
Auch der Rest des Hauses ist sozusagen "einsatzbereit". Es gibt Bücher, Spiele, Filme und Stifte. Die Betten sind bereits bezogen.
Man muss nur noch das Auto ausräumen und fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause.
Auch Handtücher sind mehr als genug vorhanden.
Alles aufzuzählen würde den Rahmen sprengen.
Die Lage des Ferienhauses kann durchaus als zentral beschrieben werden.
Die Blumenhalle und der Minigolfplatz sind nebenan. Park und Ottermeer sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bäckereien sind ebenfalls um die Ecke.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist neben der Ausstattung die Sauberkeit.
Sowohl außen als auch innen gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Selbst der Grill ist tip-top.
Die Einrichtung wurde sehr liebevoll ausgewählt. Auch an kleine Details (z.B. LED-Kerzen für das Ambiente, Deko usw.) wurde gedacht.
In unserem Urlaub haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, selbst wenn man bei schlechtem Wetter nicht das Haus verlassen wollte.
Der Kontakt mit Familie Thiemann war sehr angenehm und Fragen wurden jederzeit schnell und freundlich beantwortet (sowohl vor Ort als auch vorab per Mail).
Und das alles für einen mehr als angemessenen Preis.

Traumhafter Geheimtipp
Einfach rundum perfekt. So ein gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus haben wir noch nicht erlebt.
Es war einfach alles da, was sonst nicht selbstverständlich ist.
Tip Top sauber.
Eine Klasse Lage, in Wiesmoor alles fußläufig zu erreichen.
In Friesland alle interessanten Ziele in maximal 30 bis 60 Minuten zu erreichen.

Top Ferienhaus
Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Perfekt zur Erholung ruhig und abseits der Touristenhochburgen gelegen, dennoch zentral um alles in einem angenehmen Abstand zu erreichen. Das Ferienhaus ist überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet, was es zu einem Aufenthalt braucht und zudem extrem sauber. Sehr nette "Vermieter". Es fühlt sich wie "zu Hause" an. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Klare Weiterempfehlung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wer eine top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung sucht, ist hier richtig. Wer eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin sucht, ist hier richtig.
Die Gegend bietet sich zum Fahrradfahren an.
