Our charming, winter-proof guesthouse at the idyllic Zeesener See in Königs Wusterhausen offers you exactly this cozy oasis on 30 m². Despite its compact size, a real space miracle awaits you here: The house features a small hallway, a separate bedroom, as well as a cozy attic with another bed, which can be reached via a ladder. This clever layout over two levels feels like a small, private holiday home – snug, perfectly thought out, and ideal for feeling completely at ease.
Just a short drive from the vibrant metropolis of Berlin, you will find here the perfect combination of rural idyll, maritime flair, and wellness comfort. Whether for a long, relaxing weekend in winter or an extended summer vacation by the water – our house is the ideal retreat for couples, small families, and nature lovers.

Safety & Forest Fire Protection (Important):
Our cozy wooden house is nestled in a beautiful natural setting of forest and a charming allotment garden colony.
However, in good weather, our region often has a very high forest fire warning level.
To protect nature and the neighborhood, we do not provide a grill.
We sincerely ask for your understanding that open fires, grilling, and lighting candles outdoors are strictly prohibited. Smoking is of course allowed on the property outside the bungalow (e.g., on the terraces) – please use an ashtray for this.
Your Sauna Use & Information about House Size:
Would you like to round off your stay with a relaxing sauna session?
Please be sure to inform us of your sauna request before your arrival.
For technical and organizational reasons, activation or booking after check-in is unfortunately no longer possible.
Good to know for your holiday planning: Our barrel sauna is located in the garden outside the house.
This means the compact living area of the guest house, 30 m² (comparable to a cozy tiny house or a studio apartment),
remains completely available to you as a pure living and cuddle area.
So after your sauna session, you can step directly from the fresh air into your private, warm oasis of well-being.

Great holiday home!
We rented the accommodation for a visit to relatives. The kids slept upstairs in the attic and loved it. Everything you need for a few days is available, and the atmosphere in the little house is very cozy. There is even Wi-Fi. I find the cancellation policy (up to a week before) and payment via bank transfer instead of credit card very customer-friendly. The visit took place without contact with the landlords. They could be reached by email.
