The holiday home is brand new and furnished for up to 6 people. The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, TV and books.
Two bedrooms in the attic are each equipped with two single beds and chests of drawers, TV or Bluetooth box. The bathroom has a ground-level shower, washing machine, hairdryer and make-up mirror. The living room is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen including Senseo and coffee machine, toaster, freezer, microwave, egg boiler, iron, ironing board, waffle iron, blender and first aid kit. The charming dining area, with a view of the greenery, and a cosy sitting area with TV. For the little guests there is a play corner with games.
The large sun terrace invites the whole family to relax. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture for big and small holiday guests. For old and young, there is something for everyone.
From a cosy evening on the terrace or baking waffles to a cosy get-together, everything is feasible.

The holiday home is located in the holiday park, above the Twistesee. Here you have many opportunities for water sports, e.g. the water ski carousel, stand up paddling, fishing, pedal boating, or enjoy the beautiful lido with real beach sand. There is something for everyone here. Whether a delicious coffee in the cafe in the lake, or a round around the lake (7km) walk. Enjoy a trial lesson of golf at the golf club. Bad Arolsen is worth a day trip, visit the beautiful baroque castle from where Princess Emma married in the Netherlands.

If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who would enter the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible: - Cancellation up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price - Cancellation up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price - Cancellation up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price - Cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price - Otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period): 100% of the rental price.
