We liked the good location of the apartment, which is very tastefully furnished and equipped with the essentials. The landlord put a lot of effort into the furnishings, and we felt very comfortable there.

Since we have already stayed several times in the holiday apartments of the Yachthafenresidenz, that speaks for itself. The location is good, also with regard to the supply options in connection with the MORADA hotel, where there is always a tasty meal. WLAN works well now after some initial difficulties. However, some child safety devices in the outlets that are located close to the table should be removed to allow for a trouble-free power supply to the devices. For these apartments, there is actually no need for childproofing the outlets. If so, they should be easily removable to activate the existing outlets when needed.

The location of the apartment with a balcony view (and morning sun) of the sea and marina is good, as is the layout and furnishing of the apartment. Minor additions, such as a small sun umbrella for the beautiful balcony, can certainly be easily realized. In any case, we had a lovely holiday stay in Kühlungsborn, to which this vacation apartment significantly contributed.

Whether in the town or by the water - you are always just a few minutes away from the right place in Kühlungsborn-Ost. A well-equipped holiday home in a quiet location with good supply options. Within the marina residence, there is now also a good Wi-Fi network available for the use of mobile phones and laptops, as well as sufficient parking spaces.

The apartment does not have luxury amenities, but it is still affordable in this location, directly near the beach. We would particularly like to highlight the friendliness and competence of the staff in the office at the pier.

Everything was clean. The apartment is not up to date, but for the rental price, you can't ask for more. And the kitchen was only very sparsely equipped. In the past years, we have stayed at the House by the Park several times. I would prefer that in the future.

I enjoy living in different apartments again and again. There are always pros and cons to each apartment. I haven't had any really bad experiences yet. I love coming to Kühlungsborn because everything is so close together, everything is well-maintained, and there are only good and very good restaurants and cafés.

The apartment is well-maintained, clean, and nicely furnished. The price is acceptable. The only downside is that one has to bring their own simple dish towel and bath mat, or possibly rent them. The kitchen is very small, but adequately equipped with dishes and utensils. Power outlets are scarce in that area. It is very cramped when using the coffee maker and toaster at the same time. For the washing machine in the basement, you need a lot of 50-cent coins; you can dry everything on the spacious balcony. The location is great.

Price/performance ratio is good. Location directly at the marina and promenade as well as shopping facilities is optimal. Staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the location of the apartment is northwest-facing, so there is no sun on the balcony in the afternoon, but you have the beach for that.

Kühlungsborn pleased us very much. There are sufficiently good restaurants and music performances in concert halls and at the pier. The accommodation is simple but clean, with more than enough dishes and cutlery available. There is still potential for improvement in the lighting. We think it was not the last time we were there.

The best thing about the apartment is the location. You can quickly get to the promenade, the harbor, and also the "shopping street" of Strandstraße.
