Great apartment, due to the central location everything could be reached in short distances. The apartment is very clean and comfortably furnished. The parking space, close to the apartment, pleased us very much, as we were spared a long search and the suitcases had only a short way into the apartment. We would gladly come back to Kühlungsborn and to this apartment.

This beautifully furnished apartment with all furnishings is located on the ground floor at the back of the building, directly at the side exit to the parking lot or bicycle cellar. Therefore, there are short, quick paths - and despite the direct location at the door - absolutely quiet. The fairly large balcony already offers a view of the Baltic Sea. The proximity to the beach promenade can be easily utilized both on foot and by bicycle. Walks and bike tours can start and end here. From the house in Kühlungsborn West to the pier in Kühlungsborn East is about 3 KM and very varied. It is always fun to take this route back and forth. For me/us, during a long weekend when we want to spend as much time as possible outdoors or in the town and the surrounding area, it is more important that there are decent beds and a good shower. This is absolutely the case here. All in all, for me/us, a place to relax!

Very nice shared apartment...ideal for 2 guests. Sofa in the living room is extendable but usable only for 1 child max. 9 years old, as it is only about 1.50 long. Shopping facilities in immediate vicinity, as well as beach and bakery.

No waste separation possible. The storage of bicycles in the basement was very cumbersome. Laundry packages too expensive and too few towels for a week's stay.

Shower only suitable for slim people, one cannot get in or out properly. Who plans something like that? TV channel completely misconfigured, no HD. Very steep ramp to the bike cellar, going down is okay, but going up? Apartment is reasonably furnished, good beds, young and the Baltic Sea at the door.

A very nice apartment. The location is great. The equipment is okay. The balcony is situated so that other guests of the house, who use the back entrance, walk right past it. However, it didn't bother us, and a cheerful hello definitely lifts the mood.

5 minutes to the beach, 3 minutes to the bakery, 10 minutes to bus and train, everything very well-maintained and clean. The friendliness of the staff is actually unbeatable. So, people, DO NOT go there - we want to have this apartment and enjoy a nice vacation there like we already did 3 times!!!!

The apartment is very nice. It can be reached via a back entrance. This has the advantage that the apartment is close to the parking lot, so you don't have to walk through the whole house with the suitcases. The disadvantage is that the view from the balcony is not very nice and everyone who comes from the parking lot uses the back entrance, thus always walking past the balcony. Otherwise, everything was perfect for us and we would book this apartment again.

Great apartment, the central location made everything accessible in short distances. The apartment is very clean and cozily furnished. The parking spot, close to the apartment, was a great advantage for us; it spared us from a long search and the luggage had only a short distance to the apartment. We were kindly welcomed by the Meer Fun Team and were able to check into the apartment early (3 PM). There was a small starter set for the kitchen. The apartment is very comfortably furnished. Everything you need is there, and it was very clean! The balcony is large, and the fact that the side entrance is right by the balcony didn't bother us at all. The parking space is right next to the house. In the bathroom, a small shelf was set up, providing enough space for placing items, which was criticized in some reviews! Otherwise, short distances to the beach and shopping (Lidl). Great location! We really enjoyed our vacation and will definitely come back again. ️

The only thing that was missing in my opinion was shelf space in the bathroom and a few coat hooks for towels and other things... The baker, Lidl, and especially the beach were only a few minutes away. It was a wonderful stay!!!

The apartment is located at the back, so it is quiet. It has a large west-facing balcony. Since the apartment is right next to the back entrance, people often pass by when you are sitting on the balcony. However, it didn't bother us much because they were only friendly people.
