So far, everything was okay. Except for the cleanliness, which left much to be desired. Too bad.

We were overall satisfied with this very centrally located apartment. Parking available in the building, also suitable for vehicles that are slightly taller than specified (Golf Plus height 1.60). The owner should occasionally update the inventory (e.g. cutlery and wheat glasses). Unfortunately, the TV is very small, which would have been a disadvantage in bad weather.

The holiday apartment Strandstraße 32, Apartment 11, pleased us very much. It is centrally located and yet quiet. We would book here again at any time.

Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found that the sofa in the living room was dirty with popcorn and sand when we unfolded it. We called the landlord and requested cleaning. After being away for an hour, the sofa was still not cleaned, so we had to call a second time. We imagine a good start to our vacation differently, as this contamination and the follow-up call regarding the cleaning marred our evening. The sofa is also worn at the back, which we found unpleasant as well. Anyone who wants to use the parking garage should know that it is a so-called stack parking (parking on top of each other with 2 levels). We preferred to park in the garage around the corner.
