Our renovated holiday home from 1900 is bright and tastefully furnished. The large garden is fenced in for dogs. (fence height approx. 1. 60 m) plus approx. 4000 sqm fruit tree meadow for romping with a game fence. Here man and animal can feel so richitg well. The house is on the outskirts of Katschow on the island of Usedom, surrounded by meadows, fields and forests. Lake Kachlin and the Oderhaff are in the immediate vicinity. The 3 imperial resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are only a few minutes away by car. There is also a dog beach there. Cycling and hiking paths lead directly past the house. From here you can go on wonderful walks or bike tours. On these paths you can reach numerous sights of the island as well as restaurants that cater for your physical well-being. The house offers ample space for 5 people. It offers you plenty of comfort, so that you don't have to do without anything on holiday. 2 bedrooms have 1 double bed each. Another room has 1 single bed. An extra bed or baby cot can be provided on request.

The house, a former manor house from 1900, was lovingly renovated and furnished in 2010. The house is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Katschow on Usedom. You occupy the house alone. As the rooms are on the ground floor, it is also very suitable for senior citizens and small children. The rooms are bright and comfortably furnished. Solid ash floorboards, so even the dogs don't slip as they do on laminate, tiles, etc. The house has a large garden. The house has a large garden, which is completely fenced in. A meadow with fruit trees borders the house and is also fenced off with a deer fence. Hiking and cycling paths directly at the house. A covered terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs, parasol and barbecue invites you to linger. In the cooler season, you can make yourself comfortable by the wood-burning stove. Katschow is a quiet and picturesque village on the island of Usedom in the middle of the nature park. It is situated a little off the main road. There is no car noise. Surrounded by meadows, fields and forests, you are in wonderful natural surroundings, yet not far from the island's seaside resorts. There are 2 golf courses in the immediate vicinity. In the near surroundings many possibilities like mountain biking, motorcycling, hiking, paragliding. Horse riding and much more.
