Beautiful large spacious apartment. Equipment is Spartan but good. Lighting is very bright; dimmable light would significantly increase the coziness. We will come back and book this apartment again.

We have now been to Kühlungsborn in the House by the Park for the 6th time. In apartment 28 for the 3rd time. It was annoying this year that the parking space belonging to the apartment was not free upon our arrival. The apartment is very practically furnished; other apartments in the house have a higher quality of furnishings. The couch in the living room is new. We were somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness this year. The floor was not properly clean (dust/dirt fluff), crumbs in the cutlery drawer... Nevertheless, we are very happy to come to this house.

The apartment is bright and clean and - aside from minor signs of use - in good condition. The sofa bed in the living room was really comfortable to sleep on. There are curtains at the windows, but the blackout options are limited - especially on very sunny days. The location of the apartment in the building and in Kühlungsborn is excellent. We are already looking forward to the next visit!

The apartment is generally good, but some cosmetic repairs need to be urgently carried out: sofa bed worn out painting work on the walls sound system is only partially usable

The apartment is good and sufficient for 2 people. Compared to other apartments in the `Haus am Park`, small improvements/renovations could be made (e.g. worn-out couch, dirty wall in the dining area, burnt toaster).

We still know the "House by the Park" as "Hotel by the Park" (after the reunification). My wife and I were very surprised by the change and found it very successful. The furnishings, location, and comfort are ideal. The price-performance ratio also corresponds to the conditions found. We have decided to vacation in this house again in the near future. Very nice holiday apartment on the 1st floor (elevator) in a great location in Kühlungsborn West. 100 m to the beach, bakery 50 m away. The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and 4 small balconies and large double doors. Beautiful view of the park and sideways to the Baltic Sea. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette. All in all, we were very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was very clean and tidy, like the whole house.

Well, that was a really nice vacation apartment, clean and well furnished. I shouldn't actually write this here, otherwise it will become even harder to get available dates for this apartment. It was really fun to spend a weekend there, would love to do it again.

We are very satisfied, as we were last year. The house by the park has a great location, our apartment was very clean and well furnished. Checking in and out went smoothly, and our apartment was ready for occupancy ahead of time. We would love to come back.

Please have the dishes and cutlery checked before the holiday apartment is occupied again. Unfortunately, we found food remains on plates, cups, and cutlery. Otherwise, there were no complaints at all.

Apartment 28 in the Haus am Park is ideally located in Kühlungsborn West. All necessary shopping opportunities, the promenade, and the beach can be reached immediately. The car is well and securely parked in the lot by the house and is actually not needed. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. We really enjoyed our stay there and felt completely comfortable. The apartment is somewhat cumbersome to reach from the parking space behind the house, as it is on the first floor. Those who are not able to use the stairs well should opt for a longer but feasible route via the elevator.

The apartment had a super great location. With a partial view of the sea, right by a pedestrian area with restaurants and cafes. The sea was reachable in a few minutes on foot. The apartment was well equipped with a vacuum cleaner and a small kitchen including a dishwasher. Key pick-up and explanation were very friendly (even getting the key 1 hour early was no problem), as was the key return, which was brief, concise, and polite. We would definitely come back here and book this room.

Our vacation was wonderful. The house by the beach is located practically right on the shore. In recent years, a giant wheel and a few tents have been set up, and there is entertainment right at the front door. The apartment is bright, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials. The parking space for apartment 28 is also directly behind the house. From the small balconies of the living room and bedroom, there is a lovely sea view, and additionally, the eyes are pleased by the green park area. Nearby, there are some delicious restaurants, a bakery, a supermarket, and a playground! Which is very important for the younger travelers :-)
