The small, quiet village of Ripenda Kosi is located on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula, only 7 km from the sea.
The area is very rarely inhabited, away from the tourist crowds, with very little traffic.
Designated hiking and biking trails and beautiful landscapes by the sea, islands and the Kvarner Bay characterize the surroundings.
The nearest supermarket is in Labin, 8 km from the villa.
In Labin you can also find a gas station, ATM, farm and many good restaurants
Near Labin is the small beach town of Rabac with great views of the islands, street performers, great boat tours and great restaurants.
