The holiday apartment is small and nice and equipped with everything you need. The location couldn't be better; just around the corner is the bakery and an Italian restaurant, and it takes no more than 5 minutes to walk to the pier. However, one thing bothered me, although it wasn't too bad: you could only dispose of trash in the bin when the dishwasher was closed, as otherwise, you couldn't pull it out since it was installed side by side at an angle in the kitchen. Especially when clearing the table after meals, when one wants to load the dishwasher, it was cumbersome to close it first in order to dispose of food scraps in the trash. This could have been solved differently in the planning of the kitchen. We are happy to come back and, as always, had a very good rest in Kühlungsborn, despite the construction noise in the shopping street, which was being renovated.

We were extremely satisfied. The apartment is nicely furnished in a Mediterranean style, and in the kitchen, we found everything we needed. We especially liked the small welcome gift, consisting of 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 cloths, some dish soap, and two trash bags. Apartment 23 is nicely furnished, the kitchen serves its purpose. Everything needed for a vacation is available. Very quiet, despite being in the center.

Bicycle storage room too small for the number of bikes. We were there in the first week of June and rarely found a space. Parking spaces quite tight. It is important that everyone parks their cars straight in the parking spaces.

The apartment is great. The sofa is very comfortable for sleeping. The only downside is that the bathroom has hardly any storage options. Otherwise, it's a really nice apartment very well equipped.

The location of the apartment is excellent, directly on the shopping street and not far from the beach and the promenade. Directly opposite is the Kühlungsborn brewery with an attached restaurant, which unfortunately, with unfavorable wind, you can smell, the food is good. In terms of amenities, I have to complain about the lack of Wi-Fi, which should be normal in today's world, especially when mobile data reception is poor to very poor depending on the network; ideal for the vacationer who wants to disconnect from the outside world. Despite the shortcomings, I can still recommend it.
