The most disturbing was the somewhat distant parking lot, as there was always this cumbersome distance to cover when shopping. Kitchen: well equipped; a small kitchen knife was missing and the large frying pan was already very worn - otherwise everything was available, even a freezer! Bathroom: spacious and pleasantly warm. A towel rack would have been desirable. Living room: spacious and completely fine; a lot of decor. Cozy. Sleeping: a bit unusual with two accesses. Wardrobe sufficient. Outdoor area: nice and adequate (unfortunately not used in October) Overall: central location and you can hear the street traffic in the morning - but not particularly disturbing. Due to the location, a warm apartment, unfortunately, there is no other window besides the front window (light and ventilation). Plenty of storage space in smaller boards. The apartment number outside was hard to see - we initially searched for a long time in and around the house until we found the apartment.

The location is optimal. Short distance to the beach. Unfortunately, a bit noisy due to the adjacent road. Especially at night. In summer, the apartment heats up a lot. A sun umbrella on the terrace would be nice. Overall package is right.
