The apartment is very close to the beach and shopping options right next to the house. The apartment was very well maintained and also stylishly furnished. The mediation was very friendly and helpful. The only thing one could criticize was the early departure at 10 o'clock. Otherwise, great and would love to come back.

The box spring bed is comfortable and the nights are quiet because the apartment is oriented to the back. The Baltic Sea and the beach are just a few steps away. The apartment is ideally located. A Lidl is in close proximity. There is absolutely no noise disturbance. The proximity to the promenade and the beach is also perfect. (Approx. 300 meters)

The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a one-week stay. The location is good, 5 minutes to the beach, the view of the Lidl from the back is okay, as you look over the roof!

Nice 1-room apartment with a niche where the bed is located, but you can only access the bed from the front. The apartment comes with a beach chair and, importantly, a parking space. Bikes are securely stored in a separate shed, although it is quite full. Supermarket just around the corner. The beach is very quickly accessible.

The bed is only usable for flexible guests, as it can only be accessed from the foot of the bed. There is no side access. Internet is virtually unusable.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and is located very close to the beach and the boardwalk. The kitchen cabinets are very narrow, so there is barely enough space for the few dishes. The apartment is a bit small for the many functions that need to be accommodated in one room. That’s why you have to get into the bed from the foot of the bed. However, it is sufficient for two people. You have everything you need. We enjoyed our vacation and can recommend the apartment.

Very nice apartment in the west of Kühlungsborn. Very good shopping opportunities. Distance to the beach is about 200m. Restaurants, bars, and shopping are all within walking distance. Elevator in the building available. Bicycle storage options provided. Fixed parking space for a car per apartment included. We also had Wi-Fi in our apartment. However, it is not always available.

Overall, the apartment makes a good impression. The central location, especially the short walk to the promenade, is particularly noteworthy. The furnishings are tasteful and complete; nothing was missing. At night, it was absolutely quiet for us since our windows did not face the street but looked out over the courtyard. We can recommend the apartment without reservation.

We were able to spend our holiday over the turn of the year in a very beautiful, comfortably furnished vacation apartment. Located in the immediate vicinity of the beach in the lovely Kühlungsborn West, we found everything that invited relaxation and enjoyment. And Kühlungsborn pulled out all the stops, from ice skating to swimming in the sea, concert visits, live music, sports events, children's fireworks to the grand fireworks display, indescribable. We would gladly come back and wish everyone a successful and healthy 2018.

The furnishings are functional; a bit more light would be nice. The location is optimal, a short walk to the beach, shopping options right at the door. You can have a lovely vacation here. We will definitely come back again.
