The pool, which operates from June to the end of September, is 4x8 meters in size and is exclusively used by the two apartments of this house. The shady grape arbor directly above the pool is the perfect spot to linger. Just 200 meters from the house, there is a charming stream in an idyllic location with numerous small waterfalls.

The ground-level living area of 95 square meters offers two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobe, two shower bathrooms (one of which is slightly smaller), a kitchen, a living and dining area, as well as a large balcony with outdoor grill and seating and reclining areas for four people. The large panoramic window in the living room and the fireplace with thermostat and gas heating invite you to enjoy cozy hours with a dream view. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the Saecco fully automatic coffee machine on the comfortable leather sofas in the spacious and high-quality furnished living room. From the large balcony, the lake spreads out before you. The beautiful outdoor fireplace on the balcony invites you to barbecue. Casa Lago is an ideal starting point for hikers, cyclists, and walkers. Just 200 meters from the house, there is a charming stream in an idyllic location with numerous small waterfalls. The house is located about 3 kilometers or a 7-minute drive from the lakeshore of Maccagno. Various walking paths lead from Maccagno into the surrounding valleys. All routes are well signposted and offer various lengths and levels of difficulty. You can pick up free maps showing designated routes for each sport from the tourist office on the main street in Maccagno.
Water Sports and Watching Regattas
For water sports enthusiasts, Maccagno is an ideal location, as it is one of the best regatta venues on Lake Maggiore. Due to the windy conditions, the waters in front of the town are also very popular among windsurfers and sailors. Family-friendly bathing beaches
You will find beautiful beaches right by the lake, equipped with a large children's playground, a halfpipe, and a beach volleyball court.

Generally, the rental price does not include cancellation insurance. Please protect yourself against unforeseen events. Each holiday property has its own rental conditions/cancellation policies. Unless other cancellation terms are contractually agreed upon (please inform yourself before booking), the following conditions generally apply: If the cancellation occurs up to 120 days before the rental period, only the deposit will be retained as compensation to the property owner/agent. From 120-60 days before rental, 50%; from 60-40 days, 75%. If the cancellation occurs after that, the entire rental price is due. The tenant is granted a contractual right of withdrawal until the start of the rental period.
