Location and surroundings of object
Cassone di Malcesine is a small, quiet village directly on the lake.
400 people live in this village. Tourism has shaped the way of life of the local people in a special way. The peculiarity of this picturesque place are the narrow streets and the stream called "Aril". The great Austrian painter Gustav Klimt also stopped here and painted this place (1913).
Ideal in spring or autumn for sports, hiking and long walks along the beautiful promenade along the lake.
In summer for swimming, the beach is only 50 meters away.
The new promenade (150 meters from the house) goes to Malcesine (about 3 km) and even further (10 km directly on the lake).
LOCAL CENTER
All in 200 meters....tobacco and newspaper store, which also offers a mini-market where you can get fresh rolls in the morning and everything necessary for your breakfast. Furthermore, there is a post office and several good and inexpensive restaurants and pizzerias. It is the ideal starting point for hikes or walks in the surrounding area.
BEACH
200 meters from the house you will find several beautiful stretches of beach with the usual Lake Garda stone beach and crystal clear turquoise water.
PROMENADE AND CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND
Along the lake promenade with bike path, you will find a small public playground for children at about 250 meters.
TOURISTBUS
Along the lake promenade you can also reach Malcesine (about 3 km away) on foot. Alternatively, you can take the public tourist bus, which connects the villages of Cassone, Malcesine and Navene every day and every hour (from morning until about midnight/ in the early and late season with somewhat limited times) for a small fee.
PORT
The landmark of Cassone is the small picturesque harbor.
Framed by the old tower "La Toresela" on one side and the large shady lime trees on the other, the small colorful fishing boats are peacefully moored there
In the evening, you can experience beautiful sunsets here and you will surely succeed in escaping from the hectic everyday life while lingering under the lime trees
Directly at the harbor you can also visit the small fishing museum
"ARIL" shortest river in the world Another eye-catcher is the small Venetian bridge over the "Aril", the shortest river in the world (175m). Also worth seeing is the 18th century church "S. Benigno e Caro", located in the upper part of the village.

If you want to do more than bask in the sun, there is a wide range of water sports available in the immediate vicinity. From windsurfing, sailing, diving to kite surfing, you can try all water sports in renowned surfing, diving and sailing schools

Above the village, in a beautiful location, there is a tennis center with 5 tennis courts and a soccer field
FISHING - WALKING - CYCLING
For the more leisurely sportsmen, Cassone is also perfect for fishing, and along the well-developed lake promenade you can take kilometer-long walks or bike rides in both directions
HIKING ROUTES
Due to its fantastic location at the foot of Monte Baldo, hiking trails or mountain bike trails of all levels of difficulty start directly from Cassone into the mountains, from leisurely walks through the unspoiled hinterland and through the olive groves above to challenging tours at higher altitudes. Fantastic views of Lake Garda can be enjoyed during all activities.

FROM THE NORTH:
Brennero motorway exit "Rovereto Sud - Lago di Garda Nord". Follow the signs for Lake Garda until "Torbole", then at the traffic circle follow the signs for "Malcesine". After Malcesine Cassoner is the next village (4 km). At the beginning of Cassone on the right side (direction lake) you will find a parking place. There I will wait for you and contact you by phone one day before your arrival.
FROM THE SOUTH:
Brenner motorway exit "Affi Lago di Garda Sud". Follow the signs for Lake Garda until "Garda", at the traffic circle turn right in the direction of "Torri del Benaco", continue to "Brenzone". After Brenzone, Cassone is the next town. At the end of Cassone you will find a parking place on the left side (direction lake). There I will wait for you and contact you by phone one day before your arrival.

Dream vacation
This accommodation deserves 5 stars in all categories.
The location is simply sensational.
The landlords are just indescribably nice and helpful.
As a welcome, there were already fruits and lemons from their own garden.
Clean and tidy, absolutely quiet location with breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains.
In the village on foot downhill about 5 minutes.
Bus stop to Malcesine and Co.
I simply can't find anything negative.
Dogs are warmly welcomed and may use the garden. Unique, but that was our problem. We have a very large car and with that, the entrance to the parking space was a bit difficult but could still be used. We will definitely come back.

Everything is great - beautiful location - nice hosts
We were there as a family with a dog and 2 adult "children."
Marco welcomed us at the entrance and guided us to the vacation apartment.
The house is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden with turtles, and a wonderful view of the lake.
We would love to come back!!!!

Our most beautiful vacation at Lake Garda ??
Absolutely unforgettable!
This was by far the best accommodation we have had at Lake Garda! We had an all-around unforgettable vacation and gladly give a full 5 stars from the heart.
The view of the lake is simply dreamy.
We were particularly impressed by the warm hospitality of the hosts: We were spoiled with fresh fruits and vegetables from their own garden - an absolute highlight! Another highlight in the beautiful garden was the turtles that we were able to observe there. The house is equipped with everything one needs. We lacked nothing. Despite the warm summer days, it was always pleasantly cool and relaxing in the house. The private parking directly at the house is also a big plus and makes trips super relaxed.
We felt incredibly comfortable and will definitely come back! An absolute recommendation for every Lake Garda vacationer.

Dreamy little spot
We (2 adults, 2 children, and a dog) have been to Lake Garda several times, as we love the weather, the friendliness of the people, and the lake very much.
We were warmly welcomed by the landlords (Marco and his parents) and were very well cared for throughout the entire 2 weeks. We could immediately turn to them with any problems, and they were always there to help. We were provided with salad from their own garden. The location of the house is an absolute dream and we will be back next year ☺️
For anyone looking for peace and wanting to be undisturbed, we can only recommend the accommodation.
We walked to the center of Malcesine in an hour and took the bus back to Cassone in about 10 minutes.
Everything else has already been described in the other reviews. We would like to once again express our heartfelt thanks to Marco and his parents, and we will remember the wonderful vacation for a long time. We are already looking forward to being able to visit you again next year.

Beautiful place
We were at Lake Garda for the second time with our Dogo Argentino lady Mia. The holiday home is beautifully located. Nothing is missing. For space reasons, some kitchen appliances are not ideally placed, but that didn't bother us. We were received very warmly. Marco's dad provided us with salad, herbs, and lemons. Absolutely charming :-) The eight turtles living on the property were absolutely calming. We are happy to come back :-)
Maybe Marco's dad has a wish for what we should bring him from Germany next time ;-)

Marco hat uns am Orteingang in Empfang genommen und zur FeWo gelotst.
Haus ist sauber, hat alles was man braucht, wunderschönen Garten mit Schildkröten und herrlichen Blich über den See.

Die Lage ist einfach sensationell.
Vermieter sind einfach unbeschreiblich nett und hilfsbereit.
Zur Begrüssung gab es schon Obst und Zitronen aus eigenen Garten.
Sauber und ordentlich,absolute Ruhige Lage mit Atmeberaubenden Blick auf den See und die Berge.
In den Ort zu Fuss bergab ca 5min
Bushaltestelle nach Malcesine und Co .
Ich kann einfach nichts nachteiliges finden.
Hunde sind herzlich willkommen und dürfen den Garten mitbenutzen.
Einzig ,aber das war unser Problem .Wir haben ein sehr grosses Auto und mit dem war die Einfahrt auf den Stellplatz ein wenig schwierig konnte aber dennoch genutzt werden
Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.
Das war mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir bisher am Gardasee hatten! Wir hatten einen rundum unvergesslichen Urlaub und vergeben von Herzen gerne die vollen 5 Sterne.
Der Blick auf den See ist einfach traumhaft.
Besonders begeistert hat uns die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter: Wir wurden mit frischem Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten verwöhnt - ein absolutes Highlight!
Ein weiteres Highlight im wunderschönen Garten waren die Schildkröten, die wir dort beobachten durften.
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es fehlte uns Nichts.
Trotz der warmen Sommertage war es im Haus immer angenehm kühl und erholsam. Auch der private Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist ein großer Pluspunkt und macht Ausflüge super entspannt.
Wir haben uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder! Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden Gardasee-Urlauber.
Bei den Vermietern (Marco und seinen Eltern) wurden wir sehr herzlich Empfangen und die ganzen 2 Wochen sehr gut umsorgt. Wir konnten uns bei Problemen sofort an sie wenden und sie waren immer zur Stelle. Wir wurden mit Salat aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ein absoluter Traum und wir kommen schon nächstes Jahr wieder ☺️
Für jeden der die Ruhe sucht und ungestört sein möchte, können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
Zu Fuß sind wir eine Stunde nach Malcesine ins Zentrum gelaufen und mit dem Bus ca. 10 min wieder nach Cassone zurück gefahren.
Alles weitere wurde schon in den anderen Bewertungen beschrieben.
Hiermit möchten wir Marco und seinen Eltern noch einmal ein herzliches Dankeschön aussprechen und wir werden uns noch lange an den schönen Urlaub zurück erinnern. Wir freuen uns schon, euch nächstes Jahr wieder besuchen zu können.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Der Papa vom Marco hat uns mit Salat, Kräutern und Zitronen versorgt. Absolut bezaubernd :-)
Die acht auf dem Grundstück lebenden Schildkröten waren absolut entschleunigend. Wir kommen gern wieder :-)
Vielleicht hat ja der Papa vom Marco einen Wunsch, was wir das nächste mal für ihn aus Deutschland mitbringen sollen ;-)
Das Ferienhaus ist einfach nur zu empfehlen ! Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, die Vermieter eine Seele von Menschen und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir wurden vom Vater mit Feigen und Tomaten aus dem Garten verwöhnt.( Danke nochmals dafür) . Marco ( der Sohn) spricht hervorragend Deutsch und hat uns zum Haus geleitet.
Das Ferienhaus hat einen unheimlich schönen Blick auf den Gardasse, das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen.
Die ansässigen Schildkröten kamen uns ab und an besuchen.
Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, dann ist man innerhalb von ca 3 min im Ort und kann in einem kleinen Laden Besorgungen machen, ein Spar ist ca 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt.
Es befinden sich auch 2 Pizzarien und eine Kaffe Bar mit Eis im Ort.
Wir haben einmal in der Pizzaria Stella etwas gegessen (
Durchschnitt, Personal freundlich)
Wer möchte kann sich aber auch im Haus alles zubereiten was ,was er möchte . Es ist alles an Küchengeräten vorrätig , die man benötigt. Sogar eine Espresso Maschine und Kaffeemaschine.
Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus sofort wieder buchen ,sollten wir den Gardasee noch einmal besuchen.
Alles Gute Marco und deinen Eltern ,wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und sind immer noch begeistert!

Die Aussicht Atemberaument .Die Schildkröte wo sich immer wieder sehen lassen eine Freude. Wir können den Urlaub hier nun empfehlen.
Eine schöne saubere Unterkunft die Besitzer sehr freundlich .
Diese Unterkunft kann man nur weiter empfehlen.
Der Ausblick auf den Gardasee wunderschön .Vor allen auch Abends.
Immer wieder gerne dorthin wenn man eine Ferien-Unterkunft sucht.

Vom Ausblick waren wir alle geflasht. Das Haus top. Der Garten top. So gut wie alles. Die Besitzer wohnen in einem separaten Haus nebenan. Superfreundlich und nett. Wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen, denn das wir hier nochmals herfahren ist ganz sicher. Unsere Emmy (Labrador-Hündin) fühlte sich auch sehr wohl. Die Schildkröten die umher laufen sind eine nette Abwechslung.
Es gibt nichts Negatives zu berichten.
Für uns war es der Wahnsinn (im positiven Sinn natürlich).
Sehr gut ausgestattetes und saubers Ferienhaus. Nette und zuvorkommend Vermieter. Wir haben uns gut erholt .Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Zu Fuß an den See sind es ca. 8 Minuten die allerdings steil den Berg runter gehen. Also mit dem Kinderwagen ist es eher schlecht.
Der Hausbesitzer und seine Familie sind super nett.
Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt.
Auch eine tolle Pizzeria ist direkt im Ort.
Wir können nur Grazie sagen für den tollen Aufenthalt.
Die Unterkunft überzeugte nicht nur von der sehr schönen Lage am See, sondern auch mit ihren
innerlichen Werten. Nichts lies zu wünschen übrig. Sauberkeit , Ausstattung, Privatsphäre alles
absolut zufriedenstellend und empfehlenswert. Auch für Familien mit Kindern ist die Location zu
empfehlen.
Die öffentliche Buslinie ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und wer mit dem Auto anreist
bekommt vom Vermieter einen Parkplatz direkt am Grundstück.
Ausflüge nach Verona o.ä. sind kein Problem, sollten aber mit eigenem PKW unternommen werden, da die Pünktlichkeit der Busverbindungen nicht immer gewährleistet ist.
