Location and surroundings of object

Cassone di Malcesine is a small, quiet village directly on the lake.
400 people live in this village. Tourism has shaped the way of life of the local people in a special way. The peculiarity of this picturesque place are the narrow streets and the stream called "Aril". The great Austrian painter Gustav Klimt also stopped here and painted this place (1913).
Ideal in spring or autumn for sports, hiking and long walks along the beautiful promenade along the lake.
In summer for swimming, the beach is only 50 meters away.
The new promenade (150 meters from the house) goes to Malcesine (about 3 km) and even further (10 km directly on the lake).

LOCAL CENTER
All in 200 meters....tobacco and newspaper store, which also offers a mini-market where you can get fresh rolls in the morning and everything necessary for your breakfast. Furthermore, there is a post office and several good and inexpensive restaurants and pizzerias. It is the ideal starting point for hikes or walks in the surrounding area.

BEACH
200 meters from the house you will find several beautiful stretches of beach with the usual Lake Garda stone beach and crystal clear turquoise water.

PROMENADE AND CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND
Along the lake promenade with bike path, you will find a small public playground for children at about 250 meters.

TOURISTBUS
Along the lake promenade you can also reach Malcesine (about 3 km away) on foot. Alternatively, you can take the public tourist bus, which connects the villages of Cassone, Malcesine and Navene every day and every hour (from morning until about midnight/ in the early and late season with somewhat limited times) for a small fee.

PORT
The landmark of Cassone is the small picturesque harbor.
Framed by the old tower "La Toresela" on one side and the large shady lime trees on the other, the small colorful fishing boats are peacefully moored there
In the evening, you can experience beautiful sunsets here and you will surely succeed in escaping from the hectic everyday life while lingering under the lime trees
Directly at the harbor you can also visit the small fishing museum

"ARIL" shortest river in the world Another eye-catcher is the small Venetian bridge over the "Aril", the shortest river in the world (175m). Also worth seeing is the 18th century church "S. Benigno e Caro", located in the upper part of the village.

SPORTS

WATER SPORTS
If you want to do more than bask in the sun, there is a wide range of water sports available in the immediate vicinity. From windsurfing, sailing, diving to kite surfing, you can try all water sports in renowned surfing, diving and sailing schools

TENNIS and FOOTBALL
Above the village, in a beautiful location, there is a tennis center with 5 tennis courts and a soccer field

FISHING - WALKING - CYCLING
For the more leisurely sportsmen, Cassone is also perfect for fishing, and along the well-developed lake promenade you can take kilometer-long walks or bike rides in both directions

HIKING ROUTES
Due to its fantastic location at the foot of Monte Baldo, hiking trails or mountain bike trails of all levels of difficulty start directly from Cassone into the mountains, from leisurely walks through the unspoiled hinterland and through the olive groves above to challenging tours at higher altitudes. Fantastic views of Lake Garda can be enjoyed during all activities.

ARRIVAL:

FROM THE NORTH:
Brennero motorway exit "Rovereto Sud - Lago di Garda Nord". Follow the signs for Lake Garda until "Torbole", then at the traffic circle follow the signs for "Malcesine". After Malcesine Cassoner is the next village (4 km). At the beginning of Cassone on the right side (direction lake) you will find a parking place. There I will wait for you and contact you by phone one day before your arrival.

FROM THE SOUTH:
Brenner motorway exit "Affi Lago di Garda Sud". Follow the signs for Lake Garda until "Garda", at the traffic circle turn right in the direction of "Torri del Benaco", continue to "Brenzone". After Brenzone, Cassone is the next town. At the end of Cassone you will find a parking place on the left side (direction lake). There I will wait for you and contact you by phone one day before your arrival.

Dreamy little spot

We (2 adults, 2 children, and a dog) have been to Lake Garda several times, as we love the weather, the friendliness of the people, and the lake very much.
We were warmly welcomed by the landlords (Marco and his parents) and were very well cared for throughout the entire 2 weeks. We could immediately turn to them with any problems, and they were always there to help. We were provided with salad from their own garden. The location of the house is an absolute dream and we will be back next year ☺️
For anyone looking for peace and wanting to be undisturbed, we can only recommend the accommodation.
We walked to the center of Malcesine in an hour and took the bus back to Cassone in about 10 minutes.
Everything else has already been described in the other reviews. We would like to once again express our heartfelt thanks to Marco and his parents, and we will remember the wonderful vacation for a long time. We are already looking forward to being able to visit you again next year.

Beautiful place

We were at Lake Garda for the second time with our Dogo Argentino lady Mia. The holiday home is beautifully located. Nothing is missing. For space reasons, some kitchen appliances are not ideally placed, but that didn't bother us. We were received very warmly. Marco's dad provided us with salad, herbs, and lemons. Absolutely charming :-) The eight turtles living on the property were absolutely calming. We are happy to come back :-)
Maybe Marco's dad has a wish for what we should bring him from Germany next time ;-)

A week at Lake Garda with a dog.

We were at Lake Garda for the first time with our little Havanese mix. The holiday home is simply to be recommended! Everything you need is available, the landlords are wonderful people and very accommodating. We were spoiled by the father with figs and tomatoes from the garden. (Thanks again for that). Marco (the son) speaks excellent German and guided us to the house. The holiday home has an incredibly beautiful view of Lake Garda, the property is fenced, and our dog could move freely. The resident turtles visited us from time to time. If you are good on foot, you can reach the village in about 3 minutes and make purchases at a small shop; a Spar is about 5 minutes away by car. There are also 2 pizzerias and a coffee bar with ice cream in the village. We once ate at the Pizzaria Stella (average, friendly staff).

However, anyone can also prepare whatever they want in the house. All the kitchen appliances needed are available. Even an espresso machine and a coffee maker.

We would book this holiday home again immediately if we were to visit Lake Garda once more. All the best to Marco and your parents, we felt very comfortable and are still excited! LG from Aachen

Ein Traum

We were three people, and absolutely thrilled by the beautiful garden and the great holiday home. The landlords with their son Marco were very friendly. Everything very clean. The view breathtaking. The turtle, which kept showing up, was a joy. We can now recommend the holiday here.

A totally dreamy vacation.

We were at Lake Garda for the first time and thanks to our wonderful accommodation, certainly not the last time. We fell in love at first sight with the cute holiday house with its beautiful large, fenced garden and fantastic view of the lake.
The house was very well equipped and in new condition. Our dog also felt very comfortable and was warmly welcomed.
But we especially want to highlight the hospitality and warmth of the Integlia family.

THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING... we will come back!

TOP holiday spot at Lake Garda

During our numerous stays at Lake Garda, whether it be in a hotel, vacation rental, house, guesthouse, camping site, ..., this was the best we ever had. We were all amazed by the view. The house is top-notch. The garden is top-notch. Everything is as good as it gets. The owners live in a separate house next door. Super friendly and nice. We are already looking forward to a reunion because it is certain that we will come back here again. Our Emmy (Labrador retriever) also felt very comfortable. The turtles walking around are a nice change. There is nothing negative to report. For us, it was amazing (in a positive sense, of course).

Great holiday home

The holiday home is located in the beautiful picturesque village of Cassone, which is very quiet and belongs to Malcesine. The landlords are extremely friendly, warm and hospitable. The property of the house is beautiful with a lake view and there are six turtles in the garden. The interior is beautiful and there is a modern insect protection on every window. Is fresh bed linen and towels provided? We can only recommend this house.

Beautiful holiday house.

The holiday home is practically new (I think it's 2 years old) and the equipment and cleanliness leave nothing to be desired. In the kitchen you can find everything necessary, coffee machine with filter, espresso machine (powder), kettle, gas stove, oven. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom, but it doesn't have a lot of power. Therefore, women with long hair should plan some extra time or bring their own hair dryer. The Wi-Fi is very good and even reaches the garden. There is a decent SmartTV where you can log into your Amazon, Netflix or whatever account. The garden is super nice and quite large for a holiday home, there are different places, loungers, hammocks etc. where you can make yourself comfortable. For us, a highlight were the pets of the owners, 7 (or more?) land turtles in all sizes, which are freely roaming around on the property. So you always have something to watch when they come by. But the real highlight is the view of Lake Garda from the garden - it's really just as great as it looks in the pictures. In Cassone itself you will find 3 restaurants or pizzerias+ which all serve decent food, as well as a small supermarket which also has bread rolls and is within walking distance in a few minutes. You can reach the lake itself via a footpath in max. 5 minutes, but it's steep as always on this side of the lake. Along this way, we would like to thank the landlords again for making another parking spot possible for our large car, otherwise you can park directly at the house.

A fantastically beautiful cottage

Villa Gabry can only be recommended. A top location with a unique view of the lake. You have peace and quiet and can enjoy your holiday. The garden is also very well laid out. The owner's turtles are also allowed to run around freely. The house is completely enclosed
It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the lake, but it's a steep walk downhill. So it is rather difficult with a pram

The house owner and his family are very nice

The house has everything you need.
There is also a great pizzeria right in the village

We can only say grazie for the great stay.

Villa Gabry, pure relaxation

During our visit in May 22 at Villa Gabry, we were very pleasantly surprised. The accommodation impressed not only with its beautiful location by the lake but also with its inner values. Nothing was lacking. Cleanliness, amenities, privacy—everything was absolutely satisfactory and recommendable. The location is also recommended for families with children. The public bus line can be reached on foot in a few minutes, and those arriving by car will receive a parking space directly on the property from the landlord. Excursions to Verona or similar places are not a problem but should be made with a private car, as the punctuality of the bus connections is not always guaranteed.
