Great holiday home in a beautiful location with wonderful views.

We visited Casa Ferini in August 2024 with 2 families. The contact with the landlords beforehand was very warm. The house is located in a quiet area with a fantastic view. The furnishings are very nice and crafted with a lot of love for detail; it has everything we needed for a lovely beach vacation. The only negative about our visit was the fact that we eventually had to leave. ? Many thanks to our landlords Rob and Chantal for having us as guests here. To all future visitors, I wish you wonderful days in Benissa.

Overwintering with a beautiful view

What a joy it has been to enjoy this lovely detached house with plenty of privacy and a beautiful view over the valley and the sea! The rustling palms on the terrace, the lovely pool, and your own delicious oranges. During the cold winter evenings, we enjoyed the warmth of the fireplace. The very good contact with the landlords has led us to be able to enjoy this lovely house again next winter! Highly recommended!

Relaxing family vacation

The house is located in a quiet location and is equipped with everything you need to live. The beds are very comfortable. However, the lower floor can only be accessed from the outside, but this is not a problem.

The well-maintained pool is a lot of fun due to its size and depth. Thanks to two large palm trees, there is always shade on the terrace.

The plancha really makes you want to grill!

The electricity consumption is not completely included. However, if you make sure that the air conditioning does not run too often, you will be able to manage with the included electricity consumption.

The contact with the owners Chantal and Rob was very pleasant, and they promptly answered all open questions.

We enjoyed the 2-week stay, the children had a lot of fun in the pool. The house is well equipped, nothing was missing. Everything was well prepared for our arrival and the communication with the host was perfect. I can only recommend the house.

Highly recommended

A very nice and well-maintained house, an attentive and correct host.
The location is great, but in winter the sun sets early.
Getting there is tricky at first, but you get used to left - right - up - down
You could spend the whole day in the grounds, but the house is still so centrally located that you can be anywhere else in half an hour by car. There is a lot to do here for all tastes. Shopping is also acceptable.
So a clear recommendation!

Holidays in Benissa

Hello, it was 2 perfect weeks and too short as always, the villa is well located and very clean upon our arrival. The owners are top-notch and easy to contact by phone. The 4 bedrooms are very nice with lots of storage. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool is great for 8 people and deep after the first 2 meters, it is cleaned every week. A mobile vendor comes by each week to sell ham, cheese, chorizo, honey. The house is great, just missing a ceiling fan under the pergola because it gets hot and heavy quickly even in the shade. Super cozy and quiet vacation home

I felt absolutely fantastic in the Casa Ferini from the first minute. Very quiet, beautiful location at the end of a cul-de-sac with a great view towards the sea. In just a few minutes, you're down on the coastal road. The house and outdoor area are very well-maintained and very cozy. The overall furnishings are top-notch, and I can't think of anything that might be missing. I particularly want to highlight the care provided by the owner, Rob. Before my trip, I received extensive information regarding the house, including details about the amenities and any handling instructions. Upon arrival and departure, he contacted me by phone for further explanations and to clarify any open questions. And of course, to ask about my personal impression and whether everything was good or not. From the very beginning, it conveyed the feeling that I am a welcome guest who is really supposed to feel comfortable in the Casa, and not just an anonymous paying customer. Great! The only downside was the weather, as I spent almost my entire vacation in the rain at 14 - 15 degrees. But at least I couldn’t get a sunburn. And inside on the couch in front of the fireplace, it was cozy. Think positive. :-) The time there was still nice and relaxing. Therefore, my conclusion is that I can really recommend this vacation home warmly. I personally would love to come back again. But please with much better weather.

Beautifully located villa ideal for cyclists

This villa offers everything that is important for a group of cyclists: space for bikes, space to clean and repair bikes... a beautiful swimming pool, a large outdoor table, an outdoor barbecue, and lots of sockets to charge GPS devices.
Inside, there is a very cozy dining area and living room with a spacious kitchen.
With the 4 bedrooms, you can comfortably accommodate 8 people without getting in each other's way.
Truly no complaints. I give the location a 4 because the villa is somewhat secluded from a village center. What I greatly appreciated was the professional approach to communication with the owners: questions were answered very quickly via WhatsApp, which only increased my trust. The settlement was also handled very correctly and quickly. Top!

Beautifully located villa with sea view

This was the 4th time that we, with great pleasure, stayed in casa Ferini. The location is beautiful, on a hill, very quiet with a view of the sea. Moriara and Benissa are about 5 km away. Note: own transportation is certainly recommended. The villa is spacious, with a private pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and well-stocked. The bedrooms are large enough, with ample storage and hanging space, beds are great, screens for the windows! Wonderful holiday home!

Inolvidables vacaciones. Unforgettable stay.

Desde el minuto uno la comunicación con el propietario fue perfecta tanto vía mail, whatsapp o teléfono. From the beginning, communication with the owner was very easy either by mail, telephone or whatsapp. La casa estaba exactamente igual que las fotos, completamente equipada y limpia. The house was exactly like the photos, completely equipped and clean. La piscina es una maravilla y es lo que más disfrutamos adultos y niños, además por la noche con la luz es una delicia darse un baño. The pool is awesome and it was the best for adults and children especially taking a swim at night with its lights. Cenamos todas las noches en la “Naya” a la luz de las velas de citronela. We’ve dinner every night at “Naya” with the light of citronella candles. Moraira, Calpe, calas, playas y supermercados están entre 10 y 20 minutos. Beaches, towns, “calas”, supermarkets and restaurants are less than 15 minutes by car because you need a car to go and move around. La única pega que le pondría es que no hay una zona para aparcar los coches a la sombra y que si no tienes un navegador no llegas a la casa ni puedes moverte por la zona ya que es un autentico laberinto de casas. The only problem for us there’s no area to park in the shadow and if you don’t have car navigator or Google Maps you will not found the house when you go to beach or move around because it’s a real maze of houses.

VERY GOOD+++

We had a great holiday (despite the particular circumstances related to COVID) thanks in large part to this wonderful villa; the villa has all the necessary amenities and it benefits from an exceptional view. The neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful. The pool is cleaned twice a week by the pool maintenance person; Johanne, who welcomes us, is available to give you good recommendations and most importantly, the owners do everything to meet your needs. Thanks to Rob for allowing us to have such a pleasant holiday.

Ferini House

We have stayed in Moraira a couple of times before and had another great holiday this year staying at Casa Ferini. Although situated a little further out from the centre of Moraira town than our previous villas, we were still only a 15-minute drive down to lots of restaurants and the supermarket. With lovely views over to the sea and in a quiet location, Casa Ferini did not disappoint. Split over two levels with a good sized pool for swimming and plenty of sun all day, we made the most of the comfortable sun deck which had plenty of sun loungers available along with shaded seating areas in the lovely garden. The outdoor covered seating area with a large table was where we spent most of our evenings and used for eating and chilling. The villa was very clean and tidy with good facilities throughout, including 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small kitchen area downstairs with its own entrance which our adult children used. Upstairs, off the pool deck, we had a comfortable lounge, dining area, and a well-fitted kitchen with everything we needed, along with a further 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and also has an outdoor gas barbecue on the pool deck area. Rob the owner was good to deal with and answered any questions promptly. He also checked in with us during our stay to ensure all was well. We would definitely recommend this villa and would be happy to stay here again.

Fantastic Holiday

We had a fabulous holiday at Casa Ferini in August 2018. We were two families with 6 year old boys and the division of the upstairs and downstairs quarters made it easy to entertain and spend days together whilst still retaining enough privacy during resting hours. The house was spotless and the owners did go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Rob has been particularly helpful during the booking stages by advising us of best car rentals and places to go, as well as putting our minds at rest once we paid all the money by being contactable at all times, always responding promptly and in great detail. The house itself is as beautiful as in the images and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It's also in a great location, not far from Moraira centre and local supermarkets, local beaches as well as day trips to Altea, Xabia, Calpe, Denia etc.. The pool was cleaned regularly and the view is just spectacular, we were lucky enough to stay during the August lunar blood moon eclipse it was a magical night. Jätte fin område och trevliga ägare

Vi är nöjd med våran resa, huset var i fint och städat skick. Både ägarna och kvinnan som mötte upp oss var jätte trevliga. Kan rekommenderas, även om vi hade oturen med att varmvatten beredaren upp skulle gå sönder, vilket tog några dagar. Men det är ju sånt som kan hända för alla. Fick bra hjälp och service. Warm days in Spain

When we arrived at Casa Ferini, we recognized the house and property from the pictures on the rental site. It was just as expected, well-equipped with necessary amenities, and had a great pool. The house is located in a quiet area and has a beautiful view! However, you need a car to get to the store and the beach. We found it to be a bit of a challenging area for walking and cycling, as the roads are somewhat winding and have a lot of uphill sections. It was definitely a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. The homeowner Rob was very tidy and quick with responses via email and phone, and we felt safe the entire time during the reading process. All in all, we can absolutely recommend this property to others.

Wonderful holiday in Casa Ferini

We stayed for 2 weeks at Casa Ferini in july 2017. A family of 8; 4 adults, 1 teenager and younger children (4, 9 and 12). We had a fantastic time, and everyone enjoyed the stay. We loved the pool, the covered terrasse and the airconditioning. The area is quiet and the view beautiful. Moraira is a few minutes away by car, and also some very nice beaches, with nice snorkeling opportunities. You need a car to stay there as there are no shops or restaurants within comfortable walking distance . We strongly recommend the house to anyone interested in a relaxing familyholiday in this area.

Excellent Villa

We booked Casa Ferini as a last minute holiday decision and we were certainly not disappointed. Our experience was very positive from start to finish - Rob, the property manager responded to our initial enquiry incredibly promptly. He kept us informed throughout the whole process and considered every detail to make our holiday a success. The villa was beautiful and it had good facilities which made it feel like a home from home. It is situated in a convenient, idyllic location with a lovely garden and fantastic sea views. Superb house for sale in the heart of the village, with beautiful garden.

We came back delighted by this beautiful house. Very clean, well arranged with everything you need inside. Good bedding. The owners are very courteous and explained everything to us in advance. Beautiful villa with stunning views

incredibly cool holidays/ lovely house

The house is very clean, very comfortable, everything in the house is thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay. The sea can be reached by foot, just 15/20 minutes walk. House perfectly suited for 2 families: 2 totally independent levels from each other with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a shower room/WC per level. The pool is very pleasant, there is shade on the terrace with beautiful palm trees. Nice view of the sea. Very quiet neighborhood. The house's amenities are good, and the owner is very available and friendly via email. Good value for money!
