This holiday flat has its own terrace and a separate entrance. In addition to the comfortable sofa, an extra bed (1.60x2.00) is possible in the living room. Furthermore, the living room is equipped with a dining table for up to 5 people.
A generous Smart TV with satellite receiver invites to cosy TV evenings.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, cooker, oven, refrigerator and a coffee machine.
Pots, pans, dishes and glasses are available in sufficient quantity. Furthermore, all necessary cleaning agents, towels and cleaning cloths are there.
In the spacious anteroom there is a day bed and clothes storage.
The bathroom has a large shower and a nice washstand. There is also a separate toilet with a small hand basin. A modern washing machine and a clothes horse are in a separate alcove.
There is a rotary clothes dryer in the garden, which can be used by all guests.

My name is Renate Holtz. I have been running Gasthof Holtz since 1982. So I have years of experience in the hotel business. I have also been renting out rooms since 1994. In 2021 we also started to build holiday flats. Today I only run the house as Hotel Garnis with separate holiday flats. I enjoy renting out rooms and am always happy when our guests feel comfortable with us. My husband takes care of the courtyard and garden, which he lovingly designs.
