Description
Ground floor, cosily furnished bungalow. The house has a lovingly furnished living room with integrated and fully equipped kitchenette, one bedroom with double bed, one with two single beds, a third bedroom only on request; furthermore a bathroom with shower/WC and a separate WC. The house also has a storage room. The large terrace is bordered by a windbreak. WLAN is available; a handcart is also part of the equipment.
The car parking space is also located on the fully fenced plot of approx. 340 sqm.
The house is of course equipped with smoke detectors and CO² detectors.
NO PETS, SMOKING NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE!

Location and surroundings of object
Between the beach and the bungalow park lies a wide dune area with easy cycling and hiking paths. The park itself offers plenty of recreational opportunities: Table tennis, football field, mini golf, trampoline, bowling. The main attraction for children is the large water playground and an animal enclosure.
The landscape is an impressive sea of flowers, especially in the spring months, with seemingly endless fields of crocuses, daffodils and tulips.
The holiday home is located in the family-friendly bungalow park "Standslag Julianadorp". The approx. 40 km long, very wide and clean sandy beach is about 400 m away. The bungalow park is located about 2 km west of the town of Julianadorp. There you will find all the necessary shopping facilities in the shopping centre "De Riepel" (also Aldi/Lidl), as well as numerous specialist shops, savings banks, doctors and a pharmacy.
The Noord-Holland region offers a variety of excursion destinations:
Naval Museum, Fort Kijkduin and shopping in Den Helder, the island of Texel with the Eco-Mare seal sanctuary, the Landgoet Hoenderdaell zoo, the town of Schagen with its traditional costume parade, the cheese market in Alkmaar, the Ijsselmeer final dike. Plus the region's extensive sports facilities.

Cancellation terms:
If the tenant withdraws from the contract before taking possession of the rental property, the landlord is obligated to take the usual steps to re-rent the property at an appropriate rental rate. The achieved rental income will be deducted from his claim against the tenant. If the tenant vacates the holiday home before the end of the rental period, there is no claim for a pro-rated refund of the rental fee. The tenant should take out one of the usual insurance policies for such cases.

Cozy holiday home in a prime location
Handing over the keys and taking over the house worked smoothly. The park is traffic-calmed and located directly at the dunes. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the sea. In the morning, you can buy fresh bread in the park. Additionally, pedal cars and bicycles can be rented, and there is a restaurant and a mini-golf course. The property has its own parking space and is completely fenced in. This way, even our youngest (15 months) could safely use the garden without constant supervision. The large living/dining area is cozy, while the bedrooms are more functional. A baby cot and highchair are available but need to be assembled by guests. Guests must bring their own towels, kitchen towels, and bed linens. Bed linens can be rented for 10 euros per set at the information desk.

Ein schönes und bestens ausgestattetes Ferienhaus
At the end of June, we had nine beautiful vacation days with the best weather at the holiday home of the Theis family in the bungalow park "Strandslag Julianadorp". This made us almost forget about Corona... The very friendly and flexible landlords made the booking completely uncomplicated. The holiday home is located in a well-kept park directly behind the dunes at the beach entrance to Paal 6. Upon our arrival, the house was spotlessly clean. It is very tastefully furnished and there is really nothing missing. The beach is seemingly endless and the area can be explored by bike thanks to the great Dutch junction system and perfect cycling paths. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back! Until then...

Eine wirkliche Traumwohnung
We have never occupied such a well-equipped and lovingly designed holiday apartment. Nothing was missing. Very pleasant landlords. The children loved the adventure playground. If you like fish, you can drive to the shopping center "De Riepel" 2 km away. There is a fish truck that is open from Thursday to Saturday. We would book again at any time.

Beautiful vacation in a great holiday home
My wife and I spent a wonderful two-week vacation in Julianadorp aan Zee at the end of June / beginning of July 2018. Besides being lucky with the weather, we rented an absolutely great holiday home. It is perfectly furnished - nothing is missing! The living area is spacious and tastefully designed, the house and the garden are very well-kept, short way to the beach, what more could you want? As newcomers, we quickly found our way thanks to the information provided. We felt comfortable and "at home" at Seestern Strandslag 182 from the first moment! We will definitely recommend the holiday home and will surely be guests again ourselves.
