Situated in an idyllic secluded location, only about 100 meters from the sparkling Kleiner Pälitzsee and equally close to the relaxing forests between Mirow and Rheinsberg, a haven of peace and relaxation awaits you. Comfort and coziness on two levels:
Our holiday home, completely renovated at the beginning of 2019 and mostly refurnished, offers on a generous approx. 100 sqm living space accommodation for up to 6 people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
Three cozy bedrooms invite you to dream:
One bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m).
Another bedroom with a luxurious waterbed (1.80 x 2.00 m) for restful sleep.
A third bedroom with two single beds (each 0.80 x 2.00 m), one of which can be extended to a comfortable sleeping area of 1.60 x 2.00 m if needed. All bedrooms have blackout blinds.
Two modern bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy.
Pure relaxation is promised by our Finnish sauna - the perfect place to unwind after an active day.
For cozy evenings, there are two satellite TVs available and 3 devices with IPTV. The fully equipped fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers you:

Cancellation terms:
Up to 60 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price = received deposit. 59 to 30 days before arrival: 70% of the rental price. 29 to 0 days before arrival: 95% of the rental price. If the period can be rented out again at the same price, then a refund of the deposit minus a 50.00 € handling fee will be issued. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Good to know for your relaxed stay:
We want to make your vacation as flexible and enjoyable as possible.
Arrival and departure made easy: You can arrive from 4:00 PM. Should you arrive later, no problem! Thanks to our key safe, you can check in at any time. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the house by 10:00 AM so that we can prepare it for the next guests. Flexibility upon agreement: If the booking situation allows, we are happy to adjust your check-in and check-out times individually. Just talk to us!
Your four-legged friend is warmly welcome (upon request):
We know that your dog is an important part of your family and are pleased to welcome him after prior agreement. In order for all guests to feel comfortable, we ask you to observe the following guidelines:
Swimming fun for furry noses: Please note that dogs are not allowed in the water at our private lake access. But don't worry! There are several beautiful spots nearby where your four-legged friend can splash around to their heart’s content.
Extensive walks: Directly to the south of our house, only about a 10-minute walk away, there is a vast hiking area that invites you and your pet for walking and exploring. 150 meters away, a vast forest area stretches (at least 10 km) - a paradise for long walks with your dog!
Respect on the premises: We kindly ask you to always keep your dogs on a leash on the communal grounds.
No dogs in bed & sofa protection: We kindly ask you not to let your dogs into the beds and to protect the sofa with the provided blankets. This keeps everything nice for the next guests. You will find the blankets in the house. Safety first: Please do not leave your dogs unattended in the house.
Practical accessories for your furry friend: For your comfort and your dog's, you will find in the house a stake for tethering, a dog bowl, tasty dog treats, a cozy dog basket with cushions in two sizes, as well as some dog toys and suggestions for exciting dog activities in the area.

Experience nature
We fully enjoyed the time.
For our two little furry companions (Dachshund and Bolonka), there was even a welcome gift.
Great holiday home with super amenities.
Lovingly furnished and thought of everything. Swimming beach/boat dock just around the corner.
Highly recommended and would love to come back.

Great holiday home in the middle of nature
We were on-site with 6 people and 3 dogs.
The garden provided enough space for the dogs to romp around. There was enough room for everyone in the living room, and there was even the option to light the stove.
The landlord was always there to assist us with any questions. The issue with the safe and keys worked well too. The guest app is excellent. Everything is well described and explained.
One should just know that this holiday home is really quite remote in its location. Even for shopping, it takes 25 minutes.
However, the nature is beautiful, and you can hike great and walk with the dog.

Einfach wunderschön
The holiday home leaves nothing to be desired, very clean. We felt very comfortable. Our furry friends were also well taken care of - blankets, bowls, etc. all available. We will gladly come back.

Family holiday over Easter
We rented the holiday home over Easter. We were 6 people and a dog. We really liked the cottage, top equipment with everything you need and more.
We really liked the location in the middle of the lake and the nature reserve. You are right in the forest, perfect for walks. Afterwards, a visit to the sauna is relaxing. Restaurants and bakeries can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes, and we could do our shopping in Rheinsberg, where there are also other restaurants.
The facilities for dogs are absolutely super, everything you need.
We felt very comfortable and will gladly come back.

I love the lake district and am Nordic by nature, so a holiday in the south is less of an option for me Nature, canoeing and long hikes through the woods - relaxing in the sauna in the evening or sitting on the terrace gazing at the starry sky - that's the kind of holiday I want. Unfortunately, I visit beautiful Brandenburg far too little myself. When we are there, we walk through the forest for a few hours in the early morning or, when we're off-leash, we like to go to the Tortsee so that Kelly can enjoy the free run there. Lucy has to stay on the lead, the hunting instinct is too strong. Relax, unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet :) I hope my guests like it as well.
