Fresh cabin / caravan with good standard and rural location on the outskirts of Fristad. Ideal for families who want to be close to nature and rich outdoor life. The cabin has all the comforts of its square smart 45 m2 and is modern and homely furnished. The plot consists of lawn for play and games and borders a pond with fountain. The cabin has two bedrooms, of which the single beds are 70 x 190 cm. Open floor plan between living room and kitchen with dining area. Bathroom with shower and laundry room with combined washer / dryer. Wooden balcony with outdoor furniture where you can sit and enjoy your holiday over a good piece of food and drink. During the summer, a nice pavilion is set up on the terrace. Walking distance to swimming and fishing lake Ärtingen with jetty and small sandy beach. At the popular bathing place Solvik (2 km) there is also a large green area with barbecue area and café. Lake Öresjön also has nice child-friendly bathing spots. The town of Fristad has many beautiful and scenic areas. The opportunities for a rich outdoor life are good with swimming, fishing, hiking trails and boat trips etc. Around Fristad there are lush forests with trampled paths, walking areas and exercise tracks. Feel free to take a trip to the nature reserve Vänga bog and the nearby mill café in Vänga. Perfect for a nice summer walk with a good coffee or dinner. As a service location, Fristad has a good range of shops, services and communications. The central town of Borås is about 15 km and here there are both great shopping opportunities, a large selection of restaurants and cafes but also fun activities for both small and large adventurers. Experience wildlife at Borås Zoo, exciting experiments, climbing adventures and much more. Borås is richly decorated with public art in the streets and squares and here is also a textile center with its museum of the city's heyday as a textile and fashion center. In addition, most activities are within easy walking distance of each other. The cabin is located about 20 m from the owner's house. Smaller children should be supervised as the plot borders the pond. Welcome to a fresh and homely cottage in a scenic and lake-rich area!
