Swimming, fishing, sailing, surfing, rowing, motor boating, SUP paddling, building sandcastles, lying in the sun, cycling or simply letting your mind wander, these are just some of the possibilities for a successful holiday in our beautiful holiday home very close to the lake.
Our newly renovated holiday home is located on a fenced garden plot. For a relaxing holiday you have a living room with fireplace and a kitchenette including ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, a bedroom with a large box spring bed (1.80m *2.00m) and a second TV, a fine bathroom with shower. Windows with fly screens, an adjoining room with washing machine, a lockable garden shed for your bicycles and a large sun terrace are available. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. WLAN is free of charge. A baby kit is available. Bed linen and towels are included.
You are welcome to bring your little darlings with you on request.

If the accommodations are not used, the expenses saved by the host and the income from renting the accommodations to others must be credited. According to consistent legal decisions in the Federal Republic of Germany regarding holiday properties, the saved expenses amount to 15% of the agreed rental price. The standardized claim for cancellation fees is up to 60 days before the start of the trip 15% from the 59th to the 45th day before the start of the trip 50% from the 44th day before the start of the trip 90% of the rental price.

From Easter 2023, we will rent out our new holiday home on the neighbouring property. The new house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a balcony with a fantastic view over Lake Plauer See.

Top holiday home!
A well-furnished, clean holiday home. The landlords are very friendly and have good tips ready. The holiday home has a nice large walnut tree under which you can comfortably stay on very hot days. There is also a separate charging station in the garden to charge batteries for e-bikes or e-scooters. The path to the swimming area is just a stone's throw away, about 3-5 minutes on foot.

TOP Fereinhaus
We spent 1 week in this very beautiful holiday home. It was furnished with a lot of love. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The landlords are very nice. Thank you for the welcome gift. We felt very comfortable and so did our dog. The garden is fenced and the dog can also go into the garden alone. The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Love from Lorik to August.
