If you are looking for rest and relaxation instead of an excursion, you will find it right outside the door in our lovingly landscaped garden. It is a small paradise that turns into a sea of flowers in summer.
Our cosy summer house is a small bungalow with about 60 square metres of living space, which I used myself until the renovation and partial renewal. It is not a standard model house, but a house in which life has taken place. It is divided into a large living and a dining area, from where one looks directly into the beautiful garden. The terrace to the garden is directly accessible from the living room. In addition to a fully equipped open kitchen, there is also a small bedroom with a 2 x 2 m bed and a spacious bathroom. The sofa in the living room can be used as a third bed if needed.
The summer house has its own parking space and there is an organic farm nearby as well as shopping facilities of all kinds in the surrounding 3 villages (5-7 km). There is also a bicycle rental, train connections and bus stations.
it takes 25 minutes by car to Münster, approx. 10 minutes by car to Coesfeld and only approx. 10 minutes by car to the A1 motorway (Havixbeck exit) and the A43 motorway (Nottuln exit).
The daily rate is 75 euros, plus a final cleaning fee of 50 euros.

!Animals are not allowed! Our dog lives next door and therefore there would be no peace for all of us. However, she cannot go onto the grounds of the summer house es. Besides, our tomcat visits the terrace of the house from time to time, as he was used to it that way.
In the middle of the Baumberge region, nestled between the small towns of Billerbeck, Havixbeck and Nottuln, lies this lovingly prepared private holiday home in the middle of the Gut Holtmann holiday park.
Here, at almost the highest elevation in the Münsterland, nature lovers in particular get their money's worth. The cottage is the perfect starting point for hikers, cyclists and those interested in culture, or simply for those seeking peace and quiet. The Münsterland is known for its numerous castles, palaces and churches, as well as exciting historical settings and museums worth seeing. A wide range of gastronomy invites you to enjoy;
individual shopping opportunities in the surrounding towns such as Coesfeld or Münster make for a relaxed city stroll. In Münster, the all-weather zoo attracts visitors young and old, and a visit to the Aasee lake or the botanical garden is also worthwhile. And of course there are also opportunities for mini-golf, boules, bowling, table tennis as well as a riding school and swimming pools nearby.

The holiday home is located in the Baumberg holiday park. It is quiet, bright and friendly here. The garden is not visible, so you are all to yourself. The rooms are all at ground level.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
