Cottage, 55 sqm, rustic cozy furnishings. Living area with open fireplace and additional heating, kitchenette. Two bedrooms, each with two single beds, bathroom, washing machine. SAT-TV, WLAN. Small terrace at the entrance, lawn for sunbathing and playing at the house. Private beach use at the Faaker See is included in the price. The private beach has a shaded parking lot, sunbathing lawn, bathhouse and beach café. By bike you can reach the private beach in 15 minutes, by car in 5 minutes. The private beach is not open to the public.
There are two restaurants in the village, shopping facilities are available in Faak, Egg and Drobollach.
Water sports are possible on the Faaker See and the Wörther See. Hiking trails and Karawanken MTB trails in Finkenstein are within easy reach, and cycling tours along the Drava River contain almost no inclines and can be easily managed. All other sports like sport climbing, golf, sailing, stand up paddling are offered in the catchment area of the lake
The interesting border area with Italy and Slovenia can be reached via the Loiblpass, the Wurzenpass and Tarvis and invites to discovery tours.

Location and surroundings of object
On a meadow area on the southern slope of the Petelin you will find our vacation house, which was originally built in the style of alpine huts and has now been modernized - with kitchenette, shower bath, fireplace and additional heating, without losing the original flair of an alpine hut. A paved private driveway leads to the car parking area, which is located right next to the house. The entire property is privately owned and can only be reached by a cul-de-sac. In the eastern part the property is bordered by the edge of the forest.
