Our cozy villa in Denia has 3 bedrooms and has a capacity for 5 people. The cozy and newly furnished accommodation has 115 m² and great views of the beach, sea and mountains. The accommodation is located approx. 2 km from the supermarket "Consum" and "Lidl", 3 km from to the sandy beach "La Marineta", 3 km from the town "Denia", 4 km from to the sandy beach "Las Marinas", 4 km from the pebble beach "Las Rotas", 10 km from the golf course "La Sella", 54 km from amusement park "Terra Mitica Benidrom", 57 km from water park "Aqualandia Benidorm", 108 km from airport "Alicante", 118 km from airport "Valencia", in an ideal environment for families and in the mountains. The accommodation has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, fireplace, internet connection (wifi), electric heating, 4 air conditioners, private pool, outdoor parking (2 parking spaces) on the property, 1 fan, 1 TV, satellite TV. The open kitchen with gas hob is equipped with refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker and toaster. CASA MiMa
A very well-maintained accommodation where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday. The house is very spacious and clean. The view, pool, and location are TOP. You feel comfortable and well taken care of. The view of Denia and the harbor is unique. We will definitely come back.

The house is located in a quiet area and is very well maintained. The garden layout is also beautiful and in top condition. The view is great as well. The pool is just as well-kept and clean as the house and the garden. Once or twice a week, the pool man, who is also a neighbor and very friendly and pleasant, comes by. The property manager Irene is just as nice and pleasant. Always reachable, helpful, and quick to respond. The pool is nearly invisible from the neighbors, allowing you to enjoy your privacy on the terrace as well. There is an outdoor kitchen and a shower outside, which is also private. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and in the living area. The overall furnishings are also very good; nothing is missing. There is a beautifully covered terrace by the pool with a table and chairs, and there is also a very cozy seating area by the entrance door. A practical electric entrance gate and a covered parking space for the car. All in all, a very recommendable holiday home. You can immediately see that the owners must love their little house and are not just focused on renting it out for income, as the price-performance ratio is 100% right here. We will also be coming back next year.

Nice family vacation with the dog
We had a great time relaxing with our children and our dog. The house is big enough, the living room with the dining table has plenty of space and is nicely equipped. The pool is big enough for everyone. Our children had fun swimming every day.
Outside, there is a shower, which is very convenient. There is also a barbecue area. On the roof, there is a beautiful terrace with a panoramic view of the sea.
The house is located at an altitude of about 105m, just below the Montgo mountain. In the evening, it's a bit windy, which allows you to sit outside and enjoy the sunset.
