Our holiday apartment 'Strandperle' with sea view in Stein offers a comfortable atmosphere on 75sqm directly on the beach. The light-flooded apartment spans two levels and is located on the 1st floor, featuring high-quality furnishings and a quiet location. The large window fronts and dormers, which allow a direct view of the Baltic Sea, make the apartment unique. With two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, it is ideally suited for 1 to 5 people. The open living and dining area is particularly spacious and offers numerous seating options, a cozy sofa and reading corner, an extra sofa bed, TV, and a fireplace for cold days.
In addition, the apartment has two bright bedrooms, each equipped with a 1.60m double bed. One of the rooms is located on the 1st floor, while the second is on the 2nd level, the heart of the apartment (The 2nd level is connected to the 1st floor by an open wooden staircase). From here, you have a unique view of the Baltic Sea. The two cozy seating areas in the dormers invite you to read, relax, have breakfast, or watch the sunrise and sunset directly over the sea. You can also wonderfully observe ships passing by from here.
The kitchen is equipped with all common kitchen utensils and appliances: a stove with an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and a dishwasher are integrated into the fitted kitchen. In the cabinets, you will find ample pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and dishes.
The bright shower room is designed in a simple, appealing style.
Additionally, the apartment has a second bathroom with a toilet and sink.
The apartment is located right on the beautiful Stein sand beach. Here, in the summer, you have the option to rent a beach chair; there is a nice beach café with cocktails and music in the evening, as well as a surf and kite school, which offers various courses. B. also offers the possibility to do stand-up paddling.
No spa tax or beach fee is charged.
A parking space right at the house is reserved for you.

Stein is a small village on the Baltic Sea, located in the picturesque Probstei. Here you can enjoy your vacation on beautiful beaches. In addition to several restaurants, cafes, and bistros/kiosks, you can also find numerous shopping and activity options in the neighboring town of Laboe: including the Laboe Naval Memorial and the museum submarine, a ferry that sails along the fjord to Kiel and stops at various harbors, as well as a wide selection of bars, cafes, and restaurants. The surrounding area also offers many beautiful cycling and hiking trails, e.g., along the beaches (via Wendtorf, Heidkate, Kalifornien, Brasilien) to the Schönberg pier.
