The holiday home (terraced house) "GABRIELE" is located in the exceptional "Is Molas Resort" about 6 km from the idyllic resort of PULA (approx. 6,000 inhabitants) and only a few minutes by car from the various beautiful beaches of "Santa Margherita di Pula" and "CHIA" and offers an enchanting panoramic view of the distant sea and the bay of NORA. The location of "Is Molas Resort" offers your holiday absolute tranquillity and relaxation and you have the possibility to use the services offered by the resort for a fee, such as swimming pool, tennis and the prestigious golf course with 27 holes.
The atmosphere you breathe is truly stimulating and relaxing, especially in the evening where you can enjoy quiet dinners from the terrace or visit the luxurious restaurant in the resort.

The holiday home (approx. 90 sqm) consists internally on 2 levels - a spacious living room with fireplace and flat screen TV and exit to the furnished terrace - a spacious kitchen equipped for domestic use with dishwasher - 2 bathrooms with shower/ WC/ bidet and a service with WC + washbasin accessible from the master bedroom - 1 matrimonial bedroom with a spacious wardrobe - 1 further bedroom with two single beds and a balcony. The flat offers an occupancy capacity of max. 4 adults + 1 infant.

Location and surroundings of object

In approx. 8 km distance is the amusement park "BLUFAN" with the super water slides - a pleasure for young and old. Horse riding, sports and cultural attractions are offered throughout the region. Worth seeing here are the ancient excavations of the ruins of a sunken city from the Roman era directly on the sea of NORA. In the months of June to September, every evening events take place in the "piazza" of PULA and do not let boredom arise. The nearest sandy beach from the vacation property is "Baia di Nora" about 8 km away. All other beautiful sandy beaches of this region, such as "Santa Margherita" - "CHIA" - "TUERREDDA" up to "PORTO-PINO" can be reached quickly by car from the coastal road with the fantastic panorama.
