In one of the most beautiful regions of southern Sardinia in the region "Santa Margherita di PULA" - near the idyllic holiday resort PULA (approx. 6 km away) and not far from the sea and the sandy bay "Bai di Nora" - is this detached modern style Villa. An ideal location for golfers as the golf course of "Is Molas" (18 holes) is practically on the doorstep. A beautiful Mediterranean ingrown garden (approx. 1,000 sqm), a well-tended green lawn with its own pool and a covered terrace with a large dining table (space for approx. 8/10 people) - convey pure Mediterranean holiday pleasure and sometimes make you forget the sea , although the beautiful beaches of "St`Margherita" - "CHIA" - "Tuerredda" are not far away. Next sandy beach NORA approx. 7 km.
This holiday villa is very tastefully and modernly furnished and offers space for a maximum of 10 people on 3 levels. With a living space of approx. 180 square meters, the following rooms are available to the guest:
Ground floor: living room with relaxation zone and dining area with exit to the furnished terrace - separate modern kitchen - 2 bathrooms with shower / toilet / bidet.
Floor 1: 2 bedrooms with double / matrimonial beds and lounge.
Floor 2: 3 bedrooms with double beds, some with a balcony and a view of the distant sea - 2 further bathrooms with shower / toilet / bidet.

The beautiful place PULA offers all kinds of shopping, leisure and service options. Excellent restaurants spoil you with Sardinian menus. In the months of July to September, evening performances on the piazza provide entertainment and prevent boredom.
Leisure activities such as windsurfing, water sports in general, horse riding, tennis, golf, cultural attractions (NORA) are offered throughout the area.
