Casa Novesia is located in Calpe, located in a very quiet and pleasant urbanization. With views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. Capacity for 10-12 people, with private pool (10x5), terrace with barbecue, garden and large parking area. Closed and fully fenced plot.
It has two houses connected by an external staircase:
Ground floor: Covered terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers and access to the pool. Living room with fireplace, TV-sat astra. Gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kitchenware. Bathroom with bathtub, two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds).
First floor: Covered terrace with table, chairs and views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. Living-dining room with fireplace, TV-sat astra and sea views. Gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and utensils. Two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower). Three double bedrooms (all with single beds).

The Novesia house is a large house with two livings separated by an external staircase:
The ground floor is for a maximum of 4 people and the first floor for a maximum of 6 people (we also have two extra beds for children)
It is possible to rent outside the high season only a living on request, price according for one living only, of course

Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.
