Very recent holiday home, ideally equipped for a maximum of 4 people, 200m from the Ourthe near Melreux - Hotton. The cozy Durbuy (10 km) and Hotton (2.5 km) are easily accessible in the area. Cozy living room with open kitchen, bedroom with double bed and modern bathroom with shower. A large sliding window gives access to the sun-oriented terrace and small enclosed garden. On the first floor you have a spacious mezzanine and one open bedroom with two single beds and a sink.

This holiday home is very nicely and more fully furnished than stated in the description. It is very well maintained. Everything tip-top!

The house is good, but is located on a road with quite a lot of car traffic. Too much noise because of that on the terrace.. Please move away. Moving house is another option.

A charming holiday home just a stone's throw from the river! It was the perfect base for our family outings, We especially enjoyed the warmth and comfort of the place after a long day of exploring

Great little getaway! The location near Hotton was ideal for exploring the area, We visited the Caves of Hotton and had a blast at Adventure Valley Durbuy, The house itself was comfortable and had everything we needed
