Our cycling club we spent a weekend in the Ardennes Farm. With 24 people this was not a problem. Nice location, friendly owners, so everything in orde.Enkel existing plates, glasses, etc .. What we have enjoyed in your house and what are you, Marinella and Luke, hospitable! We have a wonderful, relaxing weekend. There were 22 people (including a toddler of 1.5 in his own bed asleep), but we had plenty of space. Partly because of the beautiful weather we have enjoyed, but also because there is a spacious garden with children's toys. Because there are (still) no swimming pool, we should have fun with water balloons and rubber boat with a layer of water in which we have done. There were the children (and later the parents) are fine in vermaken.We have cooked in the kitchen, barbecue bbq with the present. It is very nice that there is a dishwasher in the house is.Een highly recommended for a family outing!

The welcome was very warm and went well. The advantages of this house are that each room has its own bathroom and the common areas are spacious. The billiards table is very pleasant. The Ardennes Farm has everything a house needs. Quietly situated in a beautiful countryside and within walking distance of the center of Hotton. The house offers a spacious kitchen with all utilities, large and cozy living room with long tables for pleasant breakfasts, lunches and dinners and cozy around-the-table discussions during bad weather. Beautiful bedrooms with good comfortable beds, one-tje yourself with an extra long bed for "big" people, all with private toilet and shower, super deluxe! Outside a large garden with picnic tables and a playground for the little ones and for those who love a blissful relaxing "ton" sauna. We cooked ourselves for 16 people in the well equipped kitchen and the dishwasher was an indulgence, although together the dishes is also very nice. We also made use of the Oklahoma BBQ which was made available to us. Very friendly and more than willing hosts for which no demand is too much. This weekend we had not prepared himself so thoroughly than we can count on the patrons of the necessary enthusiasm, as eg. With all the calmness a cooking evening and tips and tour assistance. Eventually we had a room less needed than originally booked, we have this upon arrival

Everything was great, we will definitely wieder.Wir had a long weekend with friends and kids in the house, the beds for up to 20 people bietet.Im top are the four double rooms and 2 shared rooms have their own showers and toilets verfügen.Im bottom you then find another 2 WCs.Ansonsten there the well-equipped kitchen (2 fridges with several Gefriefächern), the dining area with plenty of seating, the pool table and the Fernsehecke.Draußen there are enough seats (partially covered) and a big grill, which we have used extensively. The playground equipment (slide, swings) standing on a lawn area that is large enough for the kids to run around. The house is very nice and the location almost perfect. We spent with our family with 19 people there a very nice weekend. We stayed three days with a group of 20 people (10 children + 10 adults) in the Ardennes farmhouse. Everyone agrees ... we go back! Beautiful house, all the trimmings, very child friendly, a wonderful time ... in short ... repeating! Each room has a 2 bed, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. 2 rooms have bunk beds. Ideal for the kids! They found the giant nice with z 'n all together to be able to sleep. Downstairs a spacious living room ... nice to be on the "evening with everyone sitting together. A kitchen with everything you need, including dishwasher. Outside a large garden, which is closed to the street. So no fear for the children alone to play outside. We had 11 adults with a fantastic holiday in the "Ardennes Farm ". A spacious living room, well-kept kitchen etc. .. The bedrooms are not huge, but all with shower and toilet. We also visited the caves of Hotton = very trouble.The house itself is very suitable for as "a group like ours (only the bathrooms are a bit on the small side, but for two nights is not a problem). In every room and a bathroom on the ground floor also two toiletten.De homeowner's Dutchman and lives with his good speaking italian wife and her mother beside the accomedatie. You can use all your questions at their hotel at any time of the day. They have for our canoe "s reserved and a tour of the caves of Hotton. Marinella (the landlady) has delicious cooked for us. This can advance to her appointment. She has a delicious gourmet / Raclette for us and we also have an Italian cooking class with her and himself later everything delicious eaten. Lucas (the householder) is even with us going canoeing, because he felt very responsible for us. He stayed the entire time at an appropriate distance from us, so we would not gebeuren.Al in all, this house is a must for everyone. With 22 people, we had a fantastic long weekend. Hostess Marinella spoiled us with lots of extras, like a gift for the golden couple upon arrival and ice cream for the kids upon departure. Furthermore, on the day of departure, Monday, we were allowed to stay until late in the afternoon because there were no new guests coming after us. The numerous young people, aged between 7 and 20, entertained themselves regularly at the billiard table as well as in the spacious garden. A visit to the caves, a canoe trip on the Ourthe River, and a large flea market nearby were also part of the weekend's activities.

All in all, a weekend worth repeating.

It is a very charming house that is very well equipped, eg 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, sauna, many rooms and bathrooms. Everything was also very clean on arrival and we encountered no unpleasant surprises. The garden also looked very nice. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy it due to the weather. We were very warmly welcomed by the owner. The only downside was that we all had trouble sleeping. The beds are narrower than normal and creak when you move, as are the floors and doors upstairs. Owner sought beforehand mail contact to coordinate our plans and needs. She does everything to make the stay a success. House is well equipped. Kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave oven, toaster. Wi-Fi and a modern TV set. We also enjoyed using the existing table. We had great living space, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of space for play and also to relax. A very friendly hostess we could go to her all weekend with questions and so had been kind enough to heat the house by the time we arrived. Due to space in the house and fine bedrooms with shower and toilet in all rooms ages were excited about their privacy if desired. The house is very complete for both the kitchen and the opportunities for relaxation, the pool table was in our very popular wood-fired sauna with a topper. The welcome was very warm and went well. The advantages of this house are that each room has its own bathroom and the common areas are spacious. The billiards table is very pleasant. The house is old-fashioned but everything was very clean and well maintained. Regarding the location, the house is not ideal for forest walks in the neighborhood. It is a long way to a forest. We had a very pleasant stay.

The house is very nice and the location almost perfect. We spent with our family with 19 people there a very nice weekend. The accommodation has everything you need and the landlady takes care of everything. The environment is quiet and idyllic and you can hike or cycle in suitable weather conditions.

Very small accommodation, which has tried to cram as many beds in small spaces. That really is no group of accommodation. Very little privacy, because everything is situated in an area. Kitchen too small for 20 people. Water pressure problems. The owner lives next to it. Only a small part of the house in the picture is the accommodation. Only 3 parking spaces. A lot of rules onsympatieke hang anywhere in the house. Little fancy, very basic! You should all away by car. There is a regular, almost flat garden with Dutch. We had a very pleasant stay at Hotton. The house met all expectations, the kitchen was fully equipped and there was enough space for our large family. The long tables were ideal, both inside and out. There was a new canopy to sit outside in the shade. Came in very handy as it was 35 degrees one day! Inside it stayed quite cool, which is also very nice. In short, ideal stay.

With the whole family vefrbleven we at Le Relais de Chasse. Total 8 adults and 7 (small) children. Sleeping more than genoeg.Gastvrouw host and know how to make a vacation for your guests pleasant maakt.Te late we found out that we had breakfast at the hostess can order. Make that advertising!!! A beautiful, spacious former farm for up to 27 people. Everything is there what you need. Owners are friendly and helpful. The location is great for doing several things. Excellent !!!

Nice weekend inde Ardennes farmhouse. Maintenance of the garden and courtyard from the farm could be better! Many rooms with good beds but the showers sometimes too small and not so handig.Voor the rest was all there and it was super fun!

Our cycling club we spent a weekend in the Ardennes Farm. With 24 people this was not a problem. Nice location, friendly owners, so everything in orde.Enkel existing plates, glasses, etc .. I would expand that. With 24 people and different dishes arrived there from or deficit. But other top !!! And thanks to Marinella for the many extra info.
