Razzett Luna is a beautiful and lovingly furnished farmhouse of high standard. It offers space for a large family or group.
The kitchen with its large dining area is well and fully equipped - including a dishwasher. From the spacious, light-flooded living area with comfortable upholstered furniture, TV and open fireplace, you have direct access to the wonderful pool area (size of the pool approx. 7x3.5m). Of course, a BBQ should not be missing here and at the table next to the pool, you can dine wonderfully and enjoy the excellent Maltese red wine. Enough sun loungers are available for relaxing.
The house has a total of 4 bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms with bathroom is on the ground floor. The other three bedrooms are on the upper floor, two of them with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms also has a double bed, a lovely balcony (as a possible retreat?) as well as one with 2 single beds and one with 3 single beds. On this floor there is also the washing machine in a small separate room.

Xaghra is situated on a plateau, about 4km north-east of the capital Victoria in a charming landscape, surrounded by fertile valleys. Ix-Xagħra is home to the extraordinary UNESCO World Heritage Ggantija temple complex, consisting of two Neolithic stone temples built from as early as 3600BC making them amongst the oldest freestanding stone buildings in the world.
Xaghra is a popular, small village with established restaurants and café atmosphere around the large square (in 1,2km distance) with its dominant and worth seeing church.
Nearest restaurant and supermarket approx. 1.3km. The well-known seaside resort of Marsalforn with its swimming, snorkelling and diving facilities, as well as its variety of restaurants and bars, is only about 3km away. The most beautiful and largest sandy beach of Gozo, Ramla Bay, is about 2km away. Bus stop about 50m. To the main town of Victoria about 6km.
