The Swedish house is located in Västergötland, between Sweden's largest lakes Vänern and Vättern. It is a classic Swedish house from 1928
The house is located outside the small village of Lagerfors, in a Bullerbü atmosphere with 6 other red holiday houses, surrounded by forests and fields. The cottage is located close to nature, right next to an extensive forest area with lots of berries and mushrooms, about 100m to the river Tidan
With a bit of luck, you can also see deer grazing in the garden or even encounter an elk.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated in a quiet area, about 10 minutes by car from the nearest bathing place, at the lake Viken. No fishing licence is required for fishing on Lake Vänern and Lake Vätern.
100m from the house passes the river Tidan, a canoe and kayak river that leads into Vänern. Direct access is possible in Lagerfors.
There are many lakes and excursion possibilities as well as sights in the surrounding area.
Nearby there is a canoe rental as well as a horse riding farm that offers horseback riding.

Feel-good vacation at House BROBACKA
With our choice to spend our vacation at this location and this holiday home, we did everything right. The description of the house on the portal for interested parties corresponds exactly to reality, a lovingly furnished, very clean Swedish cottage with everything needed - both indoors and outdoors. It is palpable how important the host considers the well-being of their guests. Whether already during the booking process, during the stay, or through provided recommendations (including a comprehensive information folder in the house), the hosts were accessible and helpful.
The house is in a quiet location and offers optimal connections to numerous places, forests, and the two largest lakes in Sweden if desired.
We recommend this holiday accommodation 100% and thank you again for the wonderful time on site!

Very cozy and lovingly furnished Swedish cottage
We spent two eventful vacation weeks in the very lovingly furnished Swedish house. The furnishings were top-notch, and the beds were very cozy. The kitchen was so well equipped that we even voluntarily cooked fresh meals on vacation. We have also never stayed in such a clean holiday home before!
There is plenty of space in the house; we were there with three adults and three small dogs.
The house is conveniently located for nature lovers. One can reach Tiveden National Park, Lake Vänern, and Lake Vättern in a short time and enjoy the impressive nature during hikes of varying difficulty levels. Day trips to the west coast to Gothenburg or Smögen are also a great experience.
We even got to observe an elk in the nearby area.
For us, it was a thoroughly successful vacation!

A dream
We stayed in a vacation home for the first time.
I searched the internet a bit and quickly found the Weber family.
In reality, the house is even more beautiful than in the pictures!
This cozy and lovingly furnished place, along with the warmth the house exudes, invites you to feel just like that. Namely at home!
The kitchen is so well-equipped that you can even cook and bake a few things from the provided cookbook. In the beds, one sleeps so comfortably, and the cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired.
We will come back and will recommend this house 100%.

Very nice vacation
We spent two weeks as a family with three adult children at the holiday home Brobacka. The house is very nicely furnished in Swedish style and is, on one hand, cozy and snug, and at the same time large enough to be able to avoid each other and easily endure any rainy days. In the forests of the immediate vicinity, you can walk for hours or take great hikes in the Tiveden National Park, which is easily accessible by car. We couldn't get enough of the landscape bathed in autumn colors, the quaint forests, processed the garden's apples into delicious applesauce, discovered Loppis treasures, tested the boat, even went to Stockholm, and in the end, we were grateful for the beautiful time and traveled back home.

Very cozy and well-furnished cottage in a beautiful large garden.
We are four friends and felt very comfortable. The facilities are great, the sauna is suitable for two not too wide people, and there are also a few games for indoor and outdoor use. At night it is nicely dark, so you can see the stars, and it is mostly quiet; however, during the day, a forestry vehicle regularly drives past on the country road by the house, which did not bother us. Regarding the location, it is important to know: for activities outside the property, you definitely need a car or good bicycles. There are no hiking trails starting from there, unless you want to go along the country road. The landlord was always very helpful and responded quickly.
