Very nice separate and family friendly terraced bungalow in a private residential complex of CAPO-BLU with sea view and only about 900 m from the extensive white sandy beach and crystal clear sea of "Santa Margherita di PULA". The vacation home offers accommodation for max. 4 persons on a living area of approx. 60 sqm and is divided as follows: A large living area with integrated kitchen equipped with all comforts (dishwasher - washing machine - gas stove - oven - coffee maker - kettle and dishes) - 1 bathroom with shower/ WC/ bidet - 1 bedroom with double beds and built-in closet - 1 bedroom with bunk beds and wall closet. The living room has a leather sofa, a TV area with Sky and a fireplace. The outdoor area consists of a furnished veranda where you can enjoy your breakfast and lunch and dinner with sea view.
On request, a cook will cook Sardinian dishes for you for a very special dinner in the cottage - price on request!

Location and surroundings of object

Shopping and service facilities such as supermarket, fish store, butcher, souvenirs, bar and pizzeria are also within easy reach in the nearby "La Pineta" (open only seasonally). We also recommend the restaurants with their fish specialties directly on the beach.
In the months of June, July, August and September free use of the internal swimming pool and tennis courts in the complex.

The idyllic tourist village PULA (ca. 6.000 Ew.) is about 10 km away and has a lot of flair to offer and where you can spend nice evenings with the many services offered. Sport possibilities (water sports - golf - tennis - volleyball - horse riding) are offered sufficiently in the whole area
The other beautiful beaches of CHIA are only about 5 km away - TUERREDDA about 7 km. The capital CAGLIARI with airport is about 46 km away. Journey from OLBIA about 3,5 hours and from ALGHERO about 2,5 hours.

100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in. 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
