Description
Our holiday home is located in a quiet dead-end street directly in Neßmersiel. You will find space here on 90 sqm to spend a relaxing and restful holiday.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms available. Two of them are equipped with double beds. Another bedroom has 2 single beds and a cot.
On the ground floor you will find a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen. A large dining table for 6 people completes this area. In addition, a high chair for children is available.
The large shower room is on the ground floor, as well as a small second bathroom on the 1st floor.
The living room leads directly onto the terrace. There you will find garden furniture, parasol and a large barbecue. In the garden house you will find a handcart, which you are welcome to use free of charge.
New: From 2022, a beach chair will be available to our guests on the beach of Neßmersiel, which can be used at no additional cost. The beach chair is set up in the period from April to September.

Location and surroundings of object
Neßmersiel is known for its quiet location and is situated in the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. You can take wonderful bike tours along the dikes or simply enjoy the good East Frisian air on a walk through the salt marshes to the beach.
Numerous excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity offer plenty of variety, such as Lütetsburg Castle.
The beautiful beach is 5 minutes away by car. There are several play facilities for children there.

| The prices quoted apply for an occupancy of 4 persons. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Bed linen can be rented for a small fee of € 10.00 from our house management. If you arrive on Sundays or public holidays, a one-off surcharge of € 10.00 will be made. In the holiday periods and in the high season, our house can only be booked by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. |

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.
If a cancellation is made 60 days before arrival, you will receive 100% of the rental price back. If cancellation occurs after this time, there will be no refund. In the case of cancellations due to legal regulations, you will receive your deposit and any total rental payments made back.
