A fresh and cozy accommodation in Strömstad's "little Venice" with direct proximity to swimming and a large number of activities. Welcome to this nice accommodation in a terraced house with several balconies directly adjacent to the Kebal area's canal village with its salt water canal. In the area there is a child-friendly sandy beach and a small canal for crab fishing. Not only that, on the other side of the area, Nötholmen's nature reserve expands with nice hiking trails, running paths, beaches and at the top of the island there is a barbecue hut where you can hike, grill and watch the sun go down in the northwest. In the immediate area there are nice cycle and walking paths and from the area you can also easily get further into the central parts of Strömstad via a cable car that goes over Bojarkilen's salt water. Strömstads GK golf course is within walking distance beyond the parking garage. From the welcoming entrance under the roof you enter into an open well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and dishwasher. The kitchen turns into a living room with a dining table and a cozy sofa bed and TV. From the living room you then reach one of the nice balconies with summer furniture, balcony awning and barbecue. Perfect for wonderful moments and conversations over a good piece of food and something good in the glass. On the first floor there is also a bathroom with shower and a storage room with a freezer. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and via this room you access a small balcony. The second bedroom has a single bed and bunk bed and outside this room is the house's second terrace with several different summer furniture, a small oasis for good conversation on balmy summer evenings. On the second floor there is also a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. The accommodation has WiFi connection. In Strömstad there is a large selection of activities, rich restaurant life, pleasant shopping in small shops that are close to each other or why not just sit and enjoy all the boats in the harbor area. From the townhouse you walk, take the city buses or free buses to the city center and all the entertainment or to the bathing places that there are several to choose from. If you want to experience islands and the archipelago environment, there are boat charters and bathing boat trips from the harbor in the center to several archipelago islands, such as Furholmen or Kosteröarna but also to neighboring Norway. It is also possible to rent a boat or kayak for your own exploration trips. For those interested in golf, there are several 18-hole courses in the area.
