The detached holiday home, renovated in 2012, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet, sunny location. Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, porch swing and courtyard.

Siófok. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartment is suitable for families. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Bathroom with washing machine, shower and 1 washbasin. Separate WC with WC. Kitchen.

The landlord was very friendly, considerate and spoke German very well. That helped a lot with questions. He was happy to provide information and tips.
A very nice vacation. I would gladly come again.
The car is still needed. It is quite a distance to the water, especially with small children. But the landlord also gives tips on where you can park and swim for free.

Nice terrace and a very clean house. Aprox. 2 km. to the town center. Easy to find shops to by food nearby.
