Very well equipped holiday home.
Living room
The bright and spacious living room with kitchenette and dining area has a glass front facing the terrace. From the pull-out sofa bed you can enjoy a TV evening on the large 75″ Smart-TV.
Kitchen
The bright, well-designed eat-in kitchen on the upper floor is modern and fully equipped. From the dining area you have a view of the nearby Netherhead.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom is located on the upper floor of the house. You can expect a modern and comfortable box-spring bed (160×210) for a restful sleep. In addition, a wardrobe offers you enough space to store your belongings. The 32" Smart TV (Smart only) can keep you entertained. Connect your media such as Amazon stick
Children's room
The children's room is located on the (lower) ground floor right next to the entrance and offers space for two children or adults. Two bunk beds (90x210) are fitted into the room. On the 32" Smart-TV (only Smart), the little ones can watch undisturbed. Connect your media such as Amazon stick. For the youngest guests, a baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
Bathroom + Guest WC
The spacious bathroom with shower is located on the (lower) ground floor. A hairdryer is available. Opposite the bathroom is an additional WC with urinal
Hallway
On the ground floor there is the entrance to the house and a spacious hallway from which the children's room and the bathrooms lead off. From here you can reach the living area and the master bedroom upstairs via a spiral staircase. Here you will also find extensive information about tourist destinations in the Harz Mountains.
Outdoor area
The spacious outdoor area with lovingly designed garden on the slope offers you the perfect place to relax outdoors. The large sun terrace becomes your second living room in summer. It is a great place to relax. A view into the valley is given. A fixed barbecue and the garden furniture invite you to cosy barbecue evenings. The terrace can also be reached from the outside via a staircase. There are two private parking spaces in front of the house.

Location
Haus Fuchswinkel is situated where fox and hare say goodnight to each other and yet is close enough to all kinds of attractions in the eastern and high Harz mountains
The state-recognised resort of Güntersberge lies in the upper Selketal and has a station on the Selketalbahn, one of the routes of the Harz narrow-gauge railway. The mountain lake, not far from our holiday home, invites you to swim in summer, and hiking trails towards Stiege, Allrode or Friedrichsbrunn run directly in front of the door. The house is in a very quiet location and can be reached via an unpaved nature trail. Pullman City, the suspension bridge and the mines are easy to reach by car, bus or the Selketal railway.

| Booking Please note that children up to 3 years of age stay with us in a baby cot free of charge, i.e. it is not necessary to specify the number of persons in the booking process. A baby travel cot and a high chair are always available free of charge in the house. Payment of rent: The payment deadline in the invoice must be adhered to. Non-compliance may lead to cancellation. The house is monitored with smoke detectors and a Co2 detector. There are several fire extinguishing devices in the house. Also a first aid kit and a tick kit.
Pets are only allowed to a limited extent. The outside steps made of steel grating are only conditionally suitable for dogs, for example. The property is not completely fenced in. The four-legged friends can run around. The fox and the raccoon come by from time to time.

Perfect vacation, anytime again!
We were here for the second time and it was simply great again. The accommodation is very well maintained and everything was as described. Particularly noteworthy is the very nice and uncomplicated landlady, you feel welcome right away. We would love to come back and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Great hiking holiday in the Harz
We had 4 unforgettable days with our dog in the Harz, which we used for hikes on the Selketal-Stieg and excursions. The holiday home left nothing to be desired and was ideal for our needs. It is very quiet and very modernly equipped. Our late arrival on Friday was not a problem for the landlord. The handover of the apartment took place through a very nice conversation with the landlord. We received many helpful tips for our stay in Güntersberge. Thank you very much for the beautiful days.

We rent out the holiday home Fuchswinkel in Güntersberge in the Harz mountains, which has been renovated until the end of 2021. We look forward to hearing from you. As we are parents of small and large children ourselves, the house is child-friendly. The keys are usually handed over by us personally.
