This beautifully renovated holiday home, fully updated in 2020, offers modern comfort with a fantastic waterfront location on the Limfjord, just 100 meters from a child-friendly beach. Designed for multiple families, the house features both an indoor whirlpool and an outdoor hot tub, plus stunning views of the fjord. Two energy-efficient heat pumps keep heating costs low while ensuring year-round comfort. The property is an activity house, packed with entertainment for all ages. Inside, you’ll find electronic darts, a foosball table, PS3 with games, and a cozy living area with comfortable furniture, high-speed internet, and a flat-screen TV with Chromecast. Outside, enjoy outdoor football goals, a canoe/kayak for free use, life vests for 4 adults and 4 children, and multiple terraces for sun or shade. The open-plan kitchen and living space is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and coffee machine, ideal for family meals and gatherings. The house offers five bedrooms—three with double beds, one with a single bed, one additional double bed, and two extra sleeping spaces on the loft (hems). The main bathroom features a whirlpool for two and a shower/WC, and there is a convenient washer-dryer combo. Outdoors, multiple terraces, a hot tub, grill, and fire pit provide perfect spots to enjoy the sunset over the fjord or cozy evenings around the fire. No rental to youth groups allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
