Holiday home located in the 1st row with a beautiful view of the Limfjord. From both the house and from the terrace there is a beautiful view of the water. The house is furnished with combined living room and kitchen. There is a TV with international channels, radio and a wood burning stove for an evening of rain and debris. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, extractor hood and fridge / freezer. There is a small bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The house is furnished with three bedrooms. There is a terrace by the house, part of which is covered. There you can enjoy dinner, cooked on the house grill, while the sun goes down over the Limfjord. The house is located in a quiet holiday area only 100 meters from the Limfjord, with child-friendly beach. The house is ideal for those who do not demand the great luxury, but want to holiday in a cottage with the best location right on the beach.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

The location is great, a nice quiet place and right by the sea. A few boards on the terrace are no longer fully load-bearing in the back area. The location right by the sea is great! At night, you can hear nothing but the wind and distant sound of the sea, so you sleep very well. / The large living/dining room with the wooden floor is very cozy and has a lot of space. Through the panoramic window, you have a great view, even though you can't see much of the sea because of all the bushes and trees. / The fireplace is awesome and draws really well! There is wood in the garden, and you have to use it because you can't buy firewood anywhere. In Skive, however, you can get wood briquettes at the entrance to the town at Hem&Fix, with which you can heat for a long time. In cool weather, one such briquette and 3-4 pieces of wood are enough, then it is very warm in the entire room for several hours. We didn't need the electric heater at all, and watching the fire brings a lot of joy, especially when the rain is blowing against the panoramic window. / The kitchen is surprisingly well equipped for a holiday home; there is a lot of everything available. And there is even a light above the sink, which is rare in holiday homes. However, one has to do without a microwave. / / But there are also a few negative things: / The seat cushions of the armchair were super dirty and both sides full of stains, so you didn't want to sit in it. Therefore, we moved the large sofa, which was cleaner, to the fireplace corner next to the red sofa. Since the covers of the cushions can be removed, it is incomprehensible why they haven't been cleaned at all. There were stains that were definitely 2 years old on them. / The mattress covers also had some very unsightly stains, which you can't see under the bed sheet, but it's still not pleasant. / All the cabinets were full of extra blankets and inserts. Nice for -30 degrees, but if you want to store anything in the cabinets, you first have to empty them. We stored all the bags with the extra blankets in the shed so we could put away our clothes. The additional booked laundry packages were a disgrace! The hand towels were good, but the bed sheets were both for a 1m wide mattress each. In one bedroom, however, the bed is 140cm wide, and in the other, there are two single mattresses of 1m each (plus the room with the bunk bed, which is too small for adults), but there is a 2m wide mattress topper on it! Should one just lay the two 1m bed sheets loosely on top without being able to secure them? The next day, we first bought fitted sheets in the appropriate size in Skive. So it's best to bring your own fitted sheets in 140x200, 200x200, and possibly two regular ones for the children's beds. / Very negative is also the shower, because there is no shower tray, but the bathroom floor is the shower. And because it is not sloped enough towards the drain, 3/4 of the floor is wet after every shower, especially in front of the toilet and sink. Also take flip-flops and leave them in the hallway before going to the bathroom, and go to the bathroom with flip-flops. / / One last tip: the pizzeria in Vinderup directly south of the train tracks (there's another one further south that's not as good) has very good pizza, which costs no more than in Germany, and is still nice and warm after the 5 minutes it takes to get back to the holiday house. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist toll! Nachts hört man außer Wind und entferntem Meeresrauschen nichts, so dass man sehr gut schläft. / Das große Wohn-/Esszimmer mit dem Holzboden ist sehr gemütlich und hat enorm viel Platz. Durch das Panoramafenster hat man einen tollen Blick, auch wenn man vom Meer wegen der ganzen Büsche und Bäume nicht ganz so viel sieht. / Der Kamin ist super und zieht megagut! Holz gibt es im Garten und das muss man auch nutzen, weil man nirgendwo Brennholz zu kaufen bekommt. In Skive bekommt man aber am Ortseingang beim Hem&Fix Holzbriketts, mit denen man lange heizen kann. Bei kühlem Wetter reicht ein solches Brikett und 3-4 Holzscheite, dann ist es einige Stunden sehr warm im gesamten Zimmer. Wir haben die Elektroheizung keinmal gebraucht, und das Feuergucken macht viel Freude, vor allem wenn der Regen gegen das Panoramafenster weht. / Die Küche ist für ein Ferienhaus erstaunlich gut ausgestattet, es ist sehr viel von allem vorhanden. Und es gibt sogar ein Unterlicht über der Spüle, was in Ferienhäusern selten ist. Auf eine Mikrowelle muss man aber verzichten. / / Es gibt aber auch ein paar negative Dinge: / Die Sitzpolster des Sessel waren mega dreckig und beiden Seiten voller Flecken, da wollte man nicht drin sitzen. Wir haben daher das große Sofa, das sauberer war zur Kaminecke zum roten Sofa gestellt. Nachdem man die Bezüge der Kissen abziehen kann, ist unverständlich, wieso man die nicht mal reinigt. Es waren Flecken von bestimmt 2 Jahren drauf. / Auch die Matratzenauflagen wiesen einige sehr unschöne Flecken auf, die man zwar unter dem Betttuch nicht sieht, aber angenehm ist das trotzdem nicht. / Alle Schränke waren voll mit zusätzlichen Decken und Inlays. Nett für -30 Grad, aber wenn man irgendwas in den Schränken verstauen will, muss man die erstmal leerräumen. Wir haben alle Säcke mit den zusätzlichen Decken im Schuppen untergebracht, damit wir unsere Kleidung einräumen konnten. / Die zusätzlich gebuchten Wäschepakete waren eine Frechheit! Die Handtüche waren gut, aber die Bettlaken waren beide für eine jeweils 1m breite Matratze. Im einen Schlafzimmer ist das Bett jedoch 140cm breit und im anderen gibt es zwar zwei einzelne Matratzen von je 1 m (plus das Zimmer mit dem Stockbett, das für Erwachsene zu klein ist), aber darauf liegt eine 2m breite Matratzenauflage! Soll man da die beiden 1m-Bettücher lose drauflegen, ohne sie feststecken zu können? Wir haben uns am nächsten Tag erstmal Spannbetttücher in passender Größe in Skive gekauft. Also am besten eigene Spannbetttücher in 140x200, 200x200 und ggfs. zwei normale für die Kinderbetten mitbringen. / Sehr negativ ist auch die Dusche, denn da gibt es keine Duschwanne, sondern der Badezimmerboden ist die Dusche. Und weil der aber nicht stark genug zum Abfluss geneigt ist, ist nach jedem Duschen 3/4 des Bodens nass, insbesondere auch vor Toilette und Waschbecken. Also Badelatschen mitnehmen und die vor dem Bad im Flur stehen lassen und mit Badelatschen ins Bad gehen. / / Noch ein Tipp zum Ende: die Pizzeria in Vinderup direkt südlich der Bahngleise (noch weiter südlich gibt's noch eine weniger gute) hat sehr gute Pizza, die nicht mehr kostet als in Deutschland, und die nach 5 Minuten, die man zurück zum erienhaus braucht, auch noch schön warm ist. Im einen Schlafzimmer ist das Bett jedoch 140cm breit und im anderen gibt es zwar zwei einzelne Matratzen von je 1 m (plus das Zimmer mit dem Stockbett, das für Erwachsene zu klein ist), aber darauf liegt eine 2m breite Matratzenauflage! Soll man da die beiden 1m-Bettücher lose drauflegen, ohne sie feststecken zu können? Wir haben uns am nächsten Tag erstmal Spannbetttücher in passender Größe in Skive gekauft. Also am besten eigene Spannbetttücher in 140x200, 200x200 und ggfs. zwei normale für die Kinderbetten mitbringen. / Sehr negativ ist auch die Dusche, denn da gibt es keine Duschwanne, sondern der Badezimmerboden ist die Dusche. Und weil der aber nicht stark genug zum Abfluss geneigt ist, ist nach jedem Duschen 3/4 des Bodens nass, insbesondere auch vor Toilette und Waschbecken. Also Badelatschen mitnehmen und die vor dem Bad im Flur stehen lassen und mit Badelatschen ins Bad gehen. / / Noch ein Tipp zum Ende: die Pizzeria in Vinderup direkt südlich der Bahngleise (noch weiter südlich gibt's noch eine weniger gute) hat sehr gute Pizza, die nicht mehr kostet als in Deutschland, und die nach 5 Minuten, die man zurück zum erienhaus braucht, auch noch schön warm ist.
