Die ruhige Lage und der tolle Ausblick auf den See. Empfehlungen: Trollhättankanal mit Schleuse, Halle- und Hunneberg zum Wandern, Spazieren gehen sowie das dortige Elch- und Jagdmuseum (toll für Kinder, da es interaktive Bereiche hat). In der direkten Umgebung der rote Wanderweg zum Aussichtspunkt hoch lohnt sich. In Dals Rostock gibt es ein Heimatmuseum mit Garten und Café. Und in Evenstorp kann man sehr leckere Waffeln mit Himbeeren essen.

Great location! Very nice landlord. The kitchen needs to be redone. The rowing boat is unfortunately in poor condition. The sauna is great! Overall really recommendable. But as mentioned, the kitchen and rowing boat are not so great. Recommendations: The swimming pool in Stigen is good, with a diving board. Ursand at Vänern with a sandy beach. Great but crowded. The hiking trail by the house is very nice.

The house has a great location, it's perfect for those seeking peace. Pure nature!! The amenities leave nothing to be desired, everything is really there. The landlord is very friendly and if there are any problems, they are resolved very quickly. I can only recommend the house :-) Recommendations: Hiking trails are right by the house, which are also recommended. Ronja the Robber's Daughter Gorge (about 1 hour drive). And further recommendations are provided in note format in the house.

The very quiet, relaxed location. However, it is only suitable for people who can enjoy the seclusion for 1 or 2 weeks. Pure relaxation. Recommendations: Hiking is excellently suited in the surrounding areas. Examples: Kroppefjäll, Baldersnäs, Halleberg, Hundeberg, Westschären, National Park Tresticklan, Vänersborg Coast. Other attractions: Trollhättan Waterfalls, Haverud Göta Canal.

This holiday home is a treasure! The cozy winter garden was our favorite spot to relax, and the kitchen was well-equipped for family meals. We enjoyed a nice barbecue on the terrace in the evening. A perfect base to explore the beautiful nature around Brålanda.

Keep in mind that everything is at least a 30-45 minute drive. One "disadvantage": to get to the house you have to follow a gravel path of 6 km, which is certainly not flat. If you are going to do something, you should therefore take into account about 20 minutes extra travel time. We have enjoyed it immensely.
